The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

When I checked in, there’s trash from previous guest in the balcony. When I came back to the room at 5AM, I realized that the house keeping didn’t clean the bathtub so I cleaned it my self. And looked like they didn’t change the bathrobes… They didn’t put bath mat too. So I used bath towel instead. And when I was about to go to sleep, I found a lot of hair on the bed even though it newly prepared... I went downstairs and told the front desk about it, they said they would send someone to clean. It was already 6:45AM. After 1 hour 15min, I was still waiting. I went to the front desk again and ask if there’s other available room so that I can sleep. They said NO. And around 7AM, someone came to my room with new sheets, but that person said he cannot do bedding, he just came here to deliver the sheets… and there’s no housekeeping staff working at the moment… I’m exhausted and really needed to sleep as soon as possible because I had work in few hours. So I decided to sleep on the couch. This is the worst experience ever… Especially the front staff… ルームに入ってバルコニーに行ったら、前の宿泊客のゴミ？空のペットボトルが落ちてる・・・。 一夜明けて、部屋の掃除に入ってもらい、遊びに行って朝の5時に帰ってきてお風呂に入ろうとしたら、浴槽が全く掃除されてない。 バスローブもおそらく新しいものにしていない、バスマットがない。 ブラシを持ってきてたので、自分で掃除してお風呂に入って、いざ寝ようとしたら、よく見るとシーツにはたくさんの毛が・・・。 フロントに行って話すと、ハウスキーピングを手配する、と。 （この時すでに6時45分） 1時間経ってもベットシーツは変えられず、再びフロントへ。 この時のフロントの女性の対応が本当に悪い。 もう朝の8時になるし、いいかげん寝たい（この後仕事がある）のでなんでもいいから他の部屋はないか尋ねるも、ない！の一言。 （絶対にそんなことはない） その後部屋で待ってていると、ハウスキーピング？の人かわからないけど、シーツを持ってきた・・・が、ベットメイクはできない、ただシーツを届けにきただけだ、と。 自分でベットメイクしろっていうのか！？ もうしょうがないからソファで寝ることになった。

We stayed at the Cosmo for 4 nights for our wedding/honeymoon, and it did not disappoint! We staying in the wrap around suite which was the nicest and biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It’s like your own little apartment . The staff could not ben friendlier, and the whole hotel overall has a really friendly feel to it. Very clean, very modern but quirky at the same time. We loved the whole theme and style of the place, and we would highly recommend. We will be back.

Priority check-in took unnecessarily long, and yet they were not able to offer late checkout (Bonvoy Platinum + Amex FHR) or any kind of upgrade, was not even able to accommodate a higher floor. The room smelled like sweat when we came in, so I called to request a room change and they said they’d send someone to “refresh” the room. When I asked when, they could not give me an estimate or time window. When I asked of a range, they still could not. “Today?” I asked. They said most likely yes. What takes the cake is this room service menu. I’ve attached it below in my photos. If you want “traditional room service” (e.g., actual silverware and not plastic disposable boxes for your breakfast or other meals) you have to order a minimum of $150. In a nutshell, we paid $660/night for a hotel that doesn’t offer “traditional” room service.

I can highly recommend the hotel. Big plus is: - Perfect Location in the middle of the Strip - Short ways accross the hotel - Balkony Rooms with amazing view - perfect dining experience from fast food court to high end dining - very nice Casino with great atmosphere - pool with amazing view - very modern - supermarket and mall on the other side of the street (3 min walk) Small minus: - ultimate holdem has 25 dollar min bet (but you walk 5 min to PH casino and there they have 10 dollar min at Ultimate Holdem) So all in all I would say the cosmo is a super great choice We will come back soon

Amazing and modern hotel is Las Vegas that simply stands out amongst the rest. Stayed in a one bedroom terrace, fountain view room and is easily one of the best hotel rooms money can buy, before even taking into account the view of Bellagio fountains and LV Strip, which I cannot see how can be beaten anywhere in Vegas. The mid-strip location makes it an easy walk to most hotels and attractions in Vegas. Having stayed at 6 other premium hotels in LV, this one is the best.
