Amazing and modern hotel is Las Vegas that simply stands out amongst the rest. Stayed in a one bedroom terrace, fountain view room and is easily one of the best hotel rooms money can buy, before even taking into account the view of Bellagio fountains and LV Strip, which I cannot see how can be beaten anywhere in Vegas. The mid-strip location makes it an easy walk to most hotels and attractions in Vegas. Having stayed at 6 other premium hotels in LV, this one is the best.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel - let alone a ‘luxury’ one. I’ve been treated better at far less expensive resorts. The check in process was terrible - the majority of our business team experienced issues with their reservations whether it was billing or the cancellation of a weeks reservation due to flight delays. How do you cancel a reservation without confirming with the people - their flight was canceled! I had sewer gas in my room. Not a faint smell - I’m talking unsafe/unhealthy. It was so bad I could taste it in my mouth - for 3 days and NOONE had any urgency to change my room or help me. I was promised an air purifier 2 x - no one showed up. Someone did show up to clear the shower drain and spray vanilla sent to cover it up. I called 5 times for help. The staff lacked empathy and urgency. They said they would put me on a list for a new room and offered to send complimentary breakfast to me room. Who would eat breakfast in a room filled with sewer gas. That was 8am. 2pm still no text for a new room and no technician to work on the smell! After multiple calls and 3 days breathing sewer gas , I pulled a housekeeper in to smell the room! They immediately agreed the room was unsafe/unhealthy and unacceptable. They called their supervisor in who confirmed and called some one. I got a new room for the final night but not after having to wait in line again and being told they didn’t have a reservation for me multiple times until a supervisor was engaged. Despite me explain the situation multiple times. Absolutely the most awful experience I have ever had!

We loved the Cosmopolitan. It was our first time staying here. Upon arrival, the lobby is absolutely beautiful with moving modern art that has to be seen to be believed. The line looked long to check-in but it moved fast as Cosmopolitan had every desk open and staffed. We had a little issue with what room the hotel showed we had booked (as we went through a 3rd party). Andre was fantastic and went above and beyond to make it right and we got a perfect room overlooking the Bellagio fountains (highly recommend getting one of these rooms). The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms had a huge tub and giant walk-in shower. The hotel offers a multitude of places to eat. They have everything from fast-casual to high-end fine dining. I can easily see where, if you didn't want to, you wouldn't need to leave this building at all during your stay. We had a great time. We will be back.

Third time in Vegas this year…with stays at Wynn and the new W…. This was by far the best of the 3. Great high floor and balcony view of the strip and fountains. We are definitely keeping this one as our first choice for awhile. Great speedy check in and now a Marriott. Can’t wait to get back..

Visited the cosmopolitan for a little explore and gamble. It’s a nice casino that’s very lavish inside and has massive chandeliers. We had a few bets and lost a few dollars, but struggled to get a drink from the waitresses when we were playing.
