Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

The bartenders are fantastic. That it , cromwell does not have valet (older person, was not told they only work Thursday thru Sunday. Tried to charge me for late check out, (diamond plus). The first room was so dirty, floors, tables half the lights didn't work, wanted to pay for up grade but none avaliable . Begged for better room. Like I said cromwell used to be so awesome, but they JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!! it won't be there after the summer (Vanderpump is coming in. So what ever you do DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOW). so very sad.

I didn’t have housekeeping for a week. They gave me 75$ credit as compensation to be spent in any hotel of Caesar resort and when I received the invoice the credit was missing. Result: I had no cleaning service, did not receive my $75 credit and have to pay for expenses that were supposed to be paid with the credit.

Wow, the best part of my stay was the staff Everyone that I came across had a friendly smile on their face and greeted me with a hello. The rooms were better than I expected, clean and organized as if I was the first person to ever walk in the room. The only thing that could improve the room is having my very own slot machine. lol on my last day, I was compelled to speak with a manager and let them know how great the staff was Sonnie was very welcoming, and I can tell. She’s very proud of her staff. I will be definitely staying here at least once a year from now on.

The check in procedure was an issue. They didn’t have the proper cost for the stay.. Front desk people poorly trained, or incompetent ! The casino is too small, not enough gambling options. Limited food options, no breakfast choices. The cashiers were great!

We met some friends here. Given the mixed reviews I was a little worried about it, but it was fine. At this price point, it’s not going to be the Cosmo. We had a good room with a view of the strip, it was very nice. The dealers in the casino are friendly - no attitude- and the stakes are pretty modest if that’s your vibe. You can be in the Flamingo in less than a minute and Caesar’s in less than 5. The location is unbeatable on the strip. We were in taxis less on this trip than all our other trips. It’s about to get a renovation, so make sure you check that status. It was not in progress during our stay.
