I wanted to love the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, but from the moment we checked in, the experience fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. We were initially placed in a room that directly faced their massive LED marquee. The blackout blinds didn’t close properly, so our room felt like a 2 AM nightclub—impossible to sleep in. It took two days and multiple requests to be moved to a quieter room. Even then, we were given a configuration that required my sister to sleep on a rollaway bed because none of their larger rooms offer two beds—a surprising and frustrating limitation for a luxury property. Service across the board was lacking. Every simple request—extra pillows, toothpaste, basic amenities—required multiple follow-ups. It seemed like nothing got done the first time. I spent more time calling down to the front desk and following up than actually enjoying my stay. The final straw came when our reservation at Komodo was denied because "A-list talent" was in the restaurant. We were told we could dine at the bar instead—not acceptable for a pricey, special-occasion dinner we had reserved in advance. When we asked the hostess for her name, she refused to provide it. To the hotel’s credit, a manager did reach out after our stay and apologized for the experience. He offered to refund half of our stay, which I reluctantly accepted. Ten days later—still no refund. Just like everything else with this hotel, it’s all style, no follow-through. The Fontainebleau may look impressive on the outside, but the substance just isn’t there. When you’re paying luxury rates, you expect consistency, professionalism, and a commitment to guest experience—not excuses and broken promises.

Great room with a nice view of the Las Vegas strip and the Sphere. Complimentary slippers. Very clean throughout the casino and lounge area. I look forward to a future visit. I definitely recommend FountaineBleau. The casino is one of the newer attractions on the Las Vegas strip.

Fourth time there and this time we just stayed at hotel the whole time for events, restaurants, pools, hanging in our amazing room, and gaming. The personnel are all very friendly and professional. Best pools in Vegas and best craft cocktails across multiple venues. The promenade and room service also have great food for when you don't want to go all out in the nicer restraurants and there is such a variety of high quality food, drink, and things to do.

Rooms need more cleanliness, vacuum, change sheets every new guest, higher quality of tv's & internet. The hotel it's spectacular, as the restaurants & Bars, the pool it great as the Spa. Cafe La Fontaine for breakfast & lounge, need to be open more time, it's close at noon, incredible!

Was there for WWE Wrestlemania week and stayed a few nights, I am a local and it was best staycation I could have ever asked for! Getting to all the Wrestlemania events was so easy, its easy in easy out of the parking garage when your a guest. They had so many amazing events at the hotel site, there were amazing food choices and I didn't have to leave the facility much because a lot of cool events were right there. Lots of wrestlers were there and they were super nice! I went to NXT on tuesday at the theatre in Fontainbleau and it capped off the best week you could ever imagine. The only thing that put a small damper on things is after Raw on monday we were going up to the room and were getting into to same elevator as Jey Uso and he so was rude and screamed at us to "take the next elevator!" We had our room key but he kept yelling "just take the next one, just take the next one" and we said to him "this is how you treat fans?" then we just left and got on another elevator because who knows what he would have done because we realized he's pretty much not nice and kind like the other wrestlers and he's probably just a jerk why deal with this. Fontainbleau is super local friendly and has tons of slots and a great Sportsbook, it has it all! Highly recommend this place!
