The floor service was lacking. The selection of machines were fine. It's a large casino so you have plenty of room. The perfume sometimes will drug you crazy. The employees did seem like to like to stand around and talk to each other really hated to bother them

i let the front desk upsell me, so i had a great room with fun views. The best touch was that upon request they put a humidifer in my room AND included distilled water for it. Room was clean and service was unobtrusive. Felt very different from the old-line Vegas hotels. Somewhat not central but worked fine. The BEST pizza downstairs in the Italian restaurant. The large pool wasn't open when we were there in late Nov because they were transitioning to winter setup.

I was a little apprehensive about booking here due to the mixed reviews. I can honestly say this hotel exceeded expectations. From the moment your walk in, it’s clean, modern and every encounter was extremely positive. No queue on check in, we upgraded our room to a royal suite with great strip view from a standard pool view which I’m very glad we did. The rooms are stunning. The personal fridge is a fantastic touch. The royal suite was beautiful and no complaints. We had great housekeeping & turn down service every evening. The food options were great, the only downside to the food court is that is closed at 10pm during the week. We landed and got to the hotel hungry at 10pm and everything was closed. Chez Bon Bon is open 24 hour which helped but is more of a coffee shop. We tried Miami slice, washing potato & the food by the pool during our stay and all were great. The poolside food etc wasn’t actually bad value as portions were big. Miami slice was incredible so is a must. The drinks service on the casino floor can be very slow, one night we never got offered a drink when gambling for 2/3 hours and hardly saw cocktail waitresses. It was down to luck and where you’re sat. The tables always had drinks service so if you’re at a table you’ll get drinks. There are lots of staff cleaning to casino space but suggest they add more cocktail waitresses. That’s the only downfall on the casino floor. When we gambled earlier in the day it was better for drinks naturally. Also positive note- the casino wasn’t very Smokey. I struggled with the smell in all the other casinos bar this one. So if you’re a non smoker this hotel is great. Craig at the sports bar was one of the best members of staff we encountered. He was excellent and very good at his job. Pool staff great, very attentive. Always were beds around the pool, although very busy on some days. We went to the over 21 section where there were always spare beds and still great service. This pool is also a million times nicer than any other hotel we’ve stayed in vegas. This hotel blows all the other hotels out the water in my opinion. It’s a little quieter being new which actually was really enjoyable. That being said it was still vibey. The other hotels in vegas feel old and run down to me now. The bleau bar was packed in the evenings giving some good vibes on the casino floor. The music was really good also giving a nice touch. I am extremely fussy with hotels and this hotel was genuinely 10/10. I have no idea how it has bad reviews. If you’re considering this hotel, book it. It’s a short walk to wynn (10 mins), Lyft or Uber to centre strip $12-18. We will return very soon! Thanks to all the staff for making our trip incredible.

By the bar is a machine that SAYS 10cents I put a one hundred dollar bill in Played the full amount on the button It took my $100 in two try’s I called the floor manager over He AGREED I put $100 in AFTER OPENING THE MACHINE BUT IF YOU PLAY ALL LINES ON A 10Cents machine It is $50 a throw SCAM I WILL NEVER BET THERE AGAIN BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
