I recently stayed at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas (April 23–27, 2025), expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of issues: 1. The jacuzzi was cold and unusable, with staff unable to resolve the problem even after another guest had already reported it and we waited an hour. 2. Maintenance issues in our room (broken shower head, non-working drain stopper) were fixed, but housekeeping failed to service the room-no fresh towels or cleaning. 3. Our Uber was unable to drop us at the entrance due to parking mismanagement, forcing my elderly mother to walk from the street. 4. The master bathroom’s jetted tub-a selling point for booking-was inoperable, and only after purchasing bath supplies did we learn all jets are permanently disabled, with no prior disclosure. 5. The shower in the second bedroom flooded. While maintenance responded quickly, our request for a one-hour late checkout to accommodate the disruption was denied, leaving us scrambling to leave on time. While some staff responded promptly to individual problems, the overall experience was a cascade of inconveniences, poor communication, and inflexibility. Most frustrating: after reaching out directly to management with these concerns, I have received no response or acknowledgment to date. Given the Trump brand’s reputation, this was a disappointing and stressful stay. Based on my experience and the lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this property. My review seems to be consistent with other guest complaints about unresolved issues and lack of communication from management at this property. :(

Fabulous hotel. Our housekeeping lady, Yattou who services our room when we are there is amazing. She cares so much about doing a good job and making our room perfect I have to say wow. Trump should never let her go, she is special. Always when we are staying at Trump International we request only Yattou to clean our room. Truly excellent service.

Loved this hotel. Very close to the Fashion Mall. This hotel has high quality finishes, a great restaurant, no casino to minimize noise and excellent location to the strip. We definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

The Trump International is located just off the end of the 'strip'. It is a 10 minute walk to the Wynn, Palazzo and Venetian which can be largely done via the shopping mall on the opposite side of the road (at times when it is open). It does not have a casino which makes it quieter than some of the other nearby properties. Check-in was extremely efficient (it took about 2 minutes). Access to the elevators to the rooms is restricted to those with keys and a guard stops others entering, making them more secure. The room I had faced the strip from which it was possible to see all of the flashing neon lights, the Bellagio fountains and particularly fun to watch: the Sphere. The room was a good size with a mini kitchen (though there is no crockery or silverware by default - this has to be requested) and the bathroom had the usual toiletries which were refreshed daily. The pool area wasn't overcrowded meaning it was possible to find a lounger even mid-afternoon. The rooms are a little bit tired but largely well maintained (nothing was falling off or to pieces).

We checked into Room 5711 for a two-night stay. The next morning, I attempted to use the jacuzzi tub but found it wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk and was informed that the hotel had changed its amenities and the tub was no longer a functioning jacuzzi—it's now considered a "soaking tub." This change was not communicated at the time of booking, which was misleading and disappointing. On the second night, around 9 PM, the cold water supply suddenly stopped while my sister was in the shower. Her hair was shampooed and her body was fully wet when only scalding hot water remained. She had to jump out of the shower immediately, and her skin turned visibly red from the heat. It took her 10–15 minutes of applying ice packs to cool down. Even after 30 minutes, when the technician (Gilbert) arrived and ran the water, the cold supply had not returned. We were later told that some type of maintenance or repair was being performed. However, there was no advance warning about a cold water shutdown, which is completely unacceptable—especially in a hotel that advertises five-star service. I reported the incident to the manager on duty, Steven, who asked if I wanted to file a report with the security department. By that time, it was close to 11 PM, we had early plans the next morning, and my sister’s skin had stabilized, so we chose not to escalate further that night. This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. I hope management will take this incident seriously and implement better communication and safety protocols for future guests.

Very impressed!! Staff is extremely polite and helpful. When you come in the lobby you are greeted with a calm and fresh sweet smell, not like the hotels with casinos that are usually loud and smells like smoke. This is the hotel to stay at if you want to relax but also enjoy the strip. By far the best service I've ever gotten from a hotel.
