Suites in South tower where excellent because there was great security so low traffic in sleeping area. Connected near Shere allowed easy access before and after shows. Complete complex for excellent food and relaxing near pools with great cocktails.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and the pool area is perfection! I look forward to my next trip to the Venetian or the Pallazzo, as both are fantastic. And the dining is varied and delicious.

This review is mostly for TJ the dealer who ran the craps table. That dude is amazingly talented and has a great personality. He was funny and interactive with the guest, he was helpful and made the gaming experience more enjoyable for everyone involved. I saw so many people who knew him by name and were excited when he returned to his post after a break. Very few times do you get to experience Vegas where people’s passion really shines through and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. TJ is a valuable employee and enhances the experience for so many. Thank you pal and I will be back!,, As far as rooms and pool and all that jazz they have done a great job of making the whole resort a place where you can enjoy yourself in many ways.

On the second night of our three night stay, my wife’s cell phone was removed from our room (we assume accidentally). After searching on the app “Find My IPhone” we found the phone at the hotels laundry. We called the front desk and they retrieved the phone from their laundry service, but not before it was ruined in the washing machine. We wrote the Venetian and asked for a reimbursement for the unpaid portion of the phone. The DIRECTOR of LIABILITY send us a letter stating the hotel was not liable. Really? Next stay we will pick a hotel that doesn’t have a Director of Liability.
