The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amazing service during our entire stay. The resort spa area was exceptionally nice; hot and cold plunge, steam room, dry sauna and indoor/ outdoor pool. The hotel's location was perfectly situated to access the local transportation.

My husband and I visited the spa today. The facilities were very clean and accommodating. The plunge pool was fantastic. I enjoyed a very relaxing massage by Madison- I would highly recommend her for massage! We recommend this spa for all your relaxation needs.

My wife and I visited the hotel spa for a couples massage. The facilities were very nice and well kept, the staff was very courteous and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage from Alice and it was great. Leaving the spa feeling very good about the service and price.

We went to this hotel as a family of 5 3 teenagers and two adults. It’s not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. We had a pleasant stay but some things were missing to make it a luxurious experience. Positive Location is good being just two metro stops away from the lake front. The metro is just outside the hotel so really easy. Spa is great lovely indoor/ outdoor pool with water jets. Plunge pool, jacuzzi and multiple steam rooms. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lots of places to sit. Nice food in the bar area for lunch salads etc Negatives We were in the old side of the hotel. Which is beautiful and a connecting glass walkway takes you to the new side of the hotel which is a bit of a eye sore. Rooms we had were a bit tired with split leather and chipped furniture. AC did not work. Beds were rock hard. Housekeeping were really rude. We asked one morning if they could come back as we were going to breakfast in 10 minutes and were tutted at. Breakfast- presentation was poor. Lots of dead flowers everywhere and fruit slopped in trays. After paying £800 a night I was disappointed to have to pay extra for French toast, eggs Benedict and avocado. Dinner - lots of mistakes not what you would expect in a high end restaurant. When having starters 3 of our party were given their starters yet the other two were given mains at the same time. When asked where the other starters were they took the mains away and we waited a further 20 minutes for the starters. When we had the mains the chicken was raw and inedible. A real disappointment. These are all minor things, But things you would not expect in a five star hotel. We would not stay again and would choose a hotel close to the lake next time. They are very small things but We
