Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa Lausanne

Das Hotel ist wirklich top! Frühstück ist grandios! Die Zimmer sind toll und die Lage sehr praktisch zwischen Stadt und See. Das Personal ist nett und der Spa schön. Klar, es ist nicht günstig. Aber es gibt teurere Hotels mit schlechterem Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peut-être le meilleur hôtel de Lausanne ! Tout était parfait: accès, accueil, accompagnement en chambre, offre d’un gâteau d’anniversaire (qui a eu lieu un jour après mon séjour au Royal Savoy) surprise, la soirée avec un excellent repas, une nuit tranquille, un buffet petit déjeuner abondant et riche en qualité, un Check-out souriant et efficace.

Séjours de 2 nuits, dans ce bel hôtel, très bien situé, proche du métro et à 3 min. de la gare et du bord du lac. Tout était parfait ! Nous avons été surclassé (chambre avec vue sur le lac). Excellente literie. Le spa de l'hôtel est superbe et le buffet du petit-déjeuner, délicieux. Le personnel toujours disponible et très avenant.

The location and hotel services are exceptional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the property is well-maintained. Staying here offers a delightful blend of tradition and modernity, creating a unique and wholesome experience.

We went to this hotel as a family of 5 3 teenagers and two adults. It’s not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. We had a pleasant stay but some things were missing to make it a luxurious experience. Positive Location is good being just two metro stops away from the lake front. The metro is just outside the hotel so really easy. Spa is great lovely indoor/ outdoor pool with water jets. Plunge pool, jacuzzi and multiple steam rooms. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lots of places to sit. Nice food in the bar area for lunch salads etc Negatives We were in the old side of the hotel. Which is beautiful and a connecting glass walkway takes you to the new side of the hotel which is a bit of a eye sore. Rooms we had were a bit tired with split leather and chipped furniture. AC did not work. Beds were rock hard. Housekeeping were really rude. We asked one morning if they could come back as we were going to breakfast in 10 minutes and were tutted at. Breakfast- presentation was poor. Lots of dead flowers everywhere and fruit slopped in trays. After paying £800 a night I was disappointed to have to pay extra for French toast, eggs Benedict and avocado. Dinner - lots of mistakes not what you would expect in a high end restaurant. When having starters 3 of our party were given their starters yet the other two were given mains at the same time. When asked where the other starters were they took the mains away and we waited a further 20 minutes for the starters. When we had the mains the chicken was raw and inedible. A real disappointment. These are all minor things, But things you would not expect in a five star hotel. We would not stay again and would choose a hotel close to the lake next time. They are very small things but We
