Pros- The v.accommodating check in/out times. Price for a 5* in that location on a Sat was unbeatable, and included breakfast! Neg- The location of onsite 'spa' meant walking through foyer. I was dissapointed by the lack of a sauna although steam room is massive.

Wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. Great location near tourist destinations (Tower to Westminster) and Liverpool station which makes for easy hop to other locations like Westend. In a neighborhood with cool restaurants (Eataly, Ottolenghi) and bars.

Overall, a fairly disappointing stay. The hotel has major housekeeping issues. Twice out of three mornings, we returned to our room around 4pm (after leaving before 9a) to see that it had not been serviced. This is annoying when you have an evening event for which to get ready. On the first day this happened, we called the front desk. We were assured the room would be cleaned "in the next hour," so we again left the hotel. We returned an hour later to an untouched, still dirty room--and by that time had to use the room to get ready for the evening event, which meant we received no housekeeping that day. On the second day, we called the front desk and were again assured service in the next hour. This time, it happened, but it was full turndown service--we returned to a darkened room. It was clearly as if to say, "we will not again enter your room tonight," despite it being shortly before 5pm! Housekeeping was otherwise uneven. On two days, the minibar was not restocked with water, etc.; we received hand towels on only one of the three nights. A hotel of this brand and price point should have enough housekeepers to get service done by check-in time and should have more consistent housekeeping inspection. Both times we reported a dirty room, the front desk seemed *shocked* the room hadn't yet been cleaned--it was hard to tell if this was a genuine or feigned. With housekeeping evidently both understaffed and poorly managed, the front desk needs to do a better job setting expectations for guests at check-in. The breakfast is nice and the room was fine, but the housekeeping issues made for an unpleasant stay.

The hotel and expereince was excellent from checking in with Sam on the main desk to entering the hotel room, welcome drinks offered ...everything was perfect room was welcoming we had an interconnecting room which included few soft drinks in the mini bar and water , brilliant location and accessable for all transport links .

Hotel was fine. More appealing through photos online. Shower drain not functioning properly. Hotel staff was good. Housekeeping cart left in hallway for entire stay - unappealing. Location super convenient to train station especially for Heathrow. Had come from Gatwick, also convenient. More out of the way than other options for a one night stay with flights from each airport but used points
