The Chesterfield Mayfair

I have been at the Chesterfield many times already, more than 30 times. The service was excellent, all the staff are very good and helpful. Special mention to Tony, Loris, and Nicole who really helped me during the stay. I will definitely be back again.

Jade was an absolute delight. Her service was unmatched- kind and generous despite asking for many refills as it is a bottomless afternoon tea including teas, sandwiches, scones AND pastries! Amazing value for money!! My favourites were the chocolate chip scones and all of the sandwiches!

3rd stay here and haven't reviewed previously. Despite exterior renovations happening this didn't impact our stay or enjoyment at all. Service is impeccable as always - all throughout the hotel - very hard to single anyone out as the standards are uniformly high. We were lucky to have one of the recently refurbed premium rooms (level 4) and it was immaculate. the beds are ridiculously comfy - a real haven. Bar service a pleasure - a nice place to spend a couple of hours. Stay was too short this time but has cemented the Chesterfield as 'our hotel in London'

In April of 2025, my wife and traveled to London with our 10 year old granddaughter. We had stayed at the Chesterfield Mayfair in previous visits and retuned because we have always thoroughly enjoyed our stays. This time was even more exceptional. First, the hotel facilities are wonderful - beautifully appointed and decorated, located in a great neighborhood. That alone is worth a visit. But, the service is what really steals your heart. Every member of the staff is charming, gracious and wonderfully helpful. We have never felt more cared for. Our granddaughter was especially captivated by the experience - she wanted to stay with her new friends at the Chesterfield Mayfair forever. While every staff member was delightful, Francisco, a server in the lounge, was of particular note. He treated our granddaughter like a Princess, always happy to see her and fulfill her every wish. She was enamored as only a 10 year old can be. I wish had could communicate even more how profoundly glorious this visit to the Chesterfield Mayfair truly was. Thanks to everyone at the Chesterfield Mayfair.
