The Connaught is our favorite hotel in London - perfect service, great bars and restaurants and well-designed rooms. The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff is truly unique, even compared to the very high standard of other luxury hotels.

Exceptional service - everyone makes you feel special. Rooms are quiet, great bars and Helene . You can’t go wrong here. I had to work while visiting London. The hotel was perfect for meet ups friends and family. Skip the gym and take a walk to Hyde park.

Having stayed at The Connaught over 20 times in the past decade, I can confidently say it remains unparalleled in service and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting London. Impeccably maintained, the hotel exudes elegance, while the staff consistently offer genuine warmth and personalised service - something rare, even among the finest hotels. Helene Darroze delivers an extraordinary dining experience, and the martini at The Connaught Bar is arguably the best you’ll ever taste.

Nothing to change
From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. My room was beautifully designed and spotless. Every detail, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, reflected true luxury and comfort. The dining experiences were just as impressive, with refined menus and exceptional quality. The atmosphere was peaceful and tailored until the deepest details. It’s rare to find a place where absolutely everything feels effortless and exceptional — but this hotel delivered something additional: British standards. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Location with like a full food and bar resort INSIDE.
This is one of our favorite hotels in the world and not just in London. The location in the heart of Mayfair is tops, but the hotel itself is remarkable. A very simple and classic lobby, but that masks what is behind that lobby. Amazing hotel rooms, with some of the best food and bar service options in London. Connaught Bar, Red Room, Lobby Bar and then wonderful restaurants. So many things in one place. We will be back many times.

I wanted to let you know that everything was provided as promised. Our suites at both The Lygon Arms and The Connaught were truly outstanding. In fact, our suite in London was perhaps one of the finest accommodations that we have ever experienced anywhere in the world."

"The Connaught was the best hotel experience, in years of travel, topping every world-wide luxury lodging in all respects. Given that we are 'road warriors' who travel the globe frequently, staying at the best hotels, this is a huge accolade. We never want to stay anywhere else! From the initial welcome, all the service from General Manager Anthony Lee's team was memorable. Our suite was the ultimate in luxury with a bed of perfection. The butler and staff were helpful, anticipating our every need. The Dining Room and Grill Room decors are fresh from a Nina Campbell makeover, with a new Gordon Ramsey protégé in charge, orchestrating the dining experience, which is all the rage of the London food scene. Every ingredient in every meal was special, from breakfast to tea and dinner, all including superb professional service. That this unique combination of comfort and style with such new-trend dining is available in such a historic environment is a testament to Mr. Lee. We are glad to know that this level of hotel experience still exists in today's world. We are eager to return and hopefully establish a corporate account at The Connaught for future business travel!"
