Truly fabulous
Amazing luxury hotel in central London. Traditional luxury hotel with beautiful interiors and amazing customers service. We have stayed a couple of times at the Langham this year and will return again and again, we are always made to feel very special and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful Hotel!!
If you are fortunate enough to be able to make reservations at The Langham in London, we highly recommend it! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff can't do enough for you. It has old world charm with all of today's amenities and comforts. This was in celebration of our 30th anniversary and we were so happy with our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Dropped the ball completely
Two nights Called one month in advance and one week and on arrival. Asked for extra water, feather pillows, quiet room. Was given an “upgraded room” that was probably on top of a train track. Loud and couldn’t sleep with every few minutes the room shaking. Ear plugs didn’t help. No coffee capsules or tea in room. Called and called slowly items were sent. Horrible night Next day we will “change your room”. Nothing until afternoon. Given a 30 Percent discount for one night? My sleep and I am here for work is worth 30 percent discount? New room fine. Breakfast ordered turkish eggs. Given lobster dish. If I was allergic would have been horrified. They said the dishes look the same. Anyways complete failure. A few decent staff members. Trust me I will not be recommending your place that I have stayed for at before many times ever again.
