Most warm welcome
Fantastic hotel, very welcoming staff and very well appointed rooms. Everyone, from the receptionist who welcomed me, to the attentive waiter who delivered my fabulous cocktail, made me feel welcome and special. This is a real gem amongst many other fairly ordinary hotels in the area. Look forward to my next visit.

Amazing one aldwych
From the moment we arrived the doorman were fantastic onto reception and the ladies were just so lovely and welcoming we had a couple of cocktails whilst our room was being finalised as we arrived early and again all the staff were so great to talk with and discuss our plans A very big thankyou to javier for sorting out a room upgrade to a bridge view suite for our anniversary it was so amazing with everything you could imagine especially the bottle of champagne on ice and cake with strawberries we are so thankfull to all the staff for our fabulous experience and cant wait to return later this year

Spectacular property!!!
Beautiful property in the heart of London. Great food and service with every attention to details . Entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Beds were fabulous and the deluxe room was so spacious. We highly recommend this property for a true 5 star experience!

Passive Agressive
The accommodations and the property are extremely nice. The staff is generally passive aggressive and rude. They put on a polite face but you can tell they do not like the guests or their job. They are generally unwilling to accommodate guest requests - one night refund due to flight maintenance and cancellation, early check in, late checkout, room upgrade benefit provided by chase, etc. I would suggest staying at many of the other five star properties in London.

Magical
As always One Aldwych does not disappoint, the dreamiest comfiest rooms and decor, incredible food at Indigo (safe for Coeliacs too) and the floral arrangements are simply magical. The staff go above and beyond always! The location right next to Covent Garden is a big win too!
