Magical
I stayed last weekend in April as i was running London Marathon, I have been fortunate to stay here on a few occasions going back to pre refit and all i can say is its as magical now as its ever been and that is simply to do with all the wonderful staff. everything is perfection and the attention to detail is second to none. To Tony, Rob , Jents and Michael you are perfection . i will always recommend this hotel as it really is a special place and will never disappoint.

What an amazing meal we had for our wedding anniversary the whole restaurant team serving us made us feel special. The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic the service attentive and the food was made to perfection .We even had a private tour around the kitchen to see where the team had prepared the magic Worth every penny for the experience.

Gorgeous luxury hotel in London. Classic high end luxury in a great location. Did it enjoy the grill as the attention was not good, not at the level. Food was almost impossible to look at because of the super low lighting and extremely small portions

The best just got better, what a venue!!!!!
Our fourth visit since last August, did they go for the jugular this time ? Our newly refurbed room was out of this world, immaculately presented, tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully. The bathroom and shower were amazing with underfloor heating. Lighting and air conditioning all touch control, this is one impressive piece of accommodation. All the staff no matter where they were, what they were doing or job title without exception were all perfect, could not be more helpful or polite. On reflection I am a little bit sick, because this establishment is hammering my bank balance 😉 We are already planning our next possibly four visits before the end of the year!!!!
