Unvorgettable stay
The hotel is amazing. Best experience we ever had. The restaurant TING was great. The view from our room over the city was special and unique. The service was great. The pool with a view over london outstandig. We were in many good hotels but shangri-la london is quite an experience.

Amazing hotel - cold pool though!
The views are to die for... from the room and bathroom and breakfast. The interior was great and we were able to take our dog too. The pool was a little cool for my liking but honestly what an amazing hotel. The staff will do everything they can for you!

Simply wonderful
Quite possibly, the friendliest most professional staff I have ever had the pleasure of. Having stayed at some of the most prestigious hotels both at home and abroad, I cannot remember staff so welcoming and professional. The amenities, restaurants and bars are first rate and the food was spectacular. The rooms were large and comfortable and it goes without saying that the views of London are stunning. We slept with the blinds open and enjoyed the city lights from dusk til dawn. We cannot wait until our next stay in this fabulous hotel.
