Welcome to The Londoner. A staggering edifice on the south west corner of Leicester Square, it is a stage for drama and theatrics. A tribute to the artists, visionaries and eccentrics of the city. Teeming with experiences, its striking spaces and intimate nooks play host to inimitable dining, performances and exhibitions. This is a luxury London hotel, reimagined for the global citizen. The Londoner’s restaurants and bars reflect the city’s eclectic dining scene. Elegant Japanese cuisine features alongside a contemporary take on the French Mediterranean. Bright and airy spaces for breakfast and brunch contrast intimate cocktail and Champagne bars, whilst the rooftop sets the scene for spectacular gazing and grazing. Beneath the historic Leicester Square, an urban haven for holistic pampering awaits. Recharge in the spa. Rejuvenate in the gymnasium. Sip a detoxifying juice or let the hours slip away in the beauty parlour.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. A special mention goes to Rohan, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. It's always nice to encounter staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future!

I have eaten and had drinks at the hotel before, but this was the first time I have stayed there. It really is a fabulous hotel, the rooms are lovely, the staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience in the heart of the theatre district, look no further. The cocktails at the rooftop bar were exceptional.

From the moment you walk into The Ned, you're transported into another world — one where 1920s glamour meets contemporary luxury. Housed in a former Midland Bank building, the architecture alone is worth a visit. But it’s the atmosphere, service, and attention to detail that make this place truly unforgettable. We stayed in a Heritage room which was beautifully appointed — vintage touches, plush bedding, and a minibar that felt like a curated cocktail cabinet. The soundproofing is surprisingly good for such a bustling venue, and the in-room amenities were top-tier. The hotel’s public areas are always buzzing with energy so a great place for a cocktail or two! The spa and grooming areas are stunning and worth booking in advance, especially if you're looking to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. Tip: If your room isn’t ready when you arrive, take advantage of the spa and gym facilities — it's the perfect way to refresh after traveling and sets the tone for the luxurious stay ahead. The only caveat: The Ned is a bit of a scene, especially in the evenings. If you're looking for a quiet, traditional hotel experience, this might not be for you. But if you love great design, excellent food, and a lively atmosphere, The Ned is a standout. Would I return? Absolutely — it’s become my go-to spot in London.

Warmly welcomed and all amenities explained. I only wish we had a longer stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely location. We dined at Whitcomb’s in the hotel and it was fantastic. We will be back to this hotel for sure and recommend it to our friends and family!

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner! The room size was surprisingly decent—especially for London, where you sometimes feel like you’re sleeping in a shoebox with a minibar. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathrooms (which were very nice, by the way—definitely not your average hotel bathroom). The service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, perfect for pretending I was in a movie about rich people. The gym was well-equipped too, which made it slightly harder to come up with excuses not to work out. Location-wise, The Londoner couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful enough to actually relax. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, class, and the kind of bathroom that makes you want to take extra showers just for fun.
