Amazing stay at Londoner.
Had an amazing stay at the Londoner. Can’t do a better location, in the middle of Leicester Square. Hotel is modern, they even had a singer playing piano at the lobby! Lucia was an amazing host definitely made my stay better. Would recommend.

Exceptional.
Exceptional hotel and staff very helpful and attentive, excellent location and food and drinks excellent. The spa was also amazing although I didn’t book any services. I might for next time. The healthy juices were tasty. The steam room was great the first day but didn’t seem to be working the following day. Apart from this everything else was perfect. The only thing that would make it even better would be to offer the nearest car park at a discounted rate.

Superb in every way
Superb stay again at the Londoner. Visited for our 20th Anniversary, the hotel acknowledged us as returning guests, wished us a happy anniversary and really looked after us. Everything about this hotel screams quality & attention to detail. It sounds silly, but even the doors feel heavy & fitted precisely. heated toilet seats in your room AND the toilets everywhere in the hotel. The spa is sooooo nice the morning after a few drinks, or after a day shopping. The bars are all super & we even found out they have a secret whisky room this time.... which I only found out about when I went for a late night whisky & the bartender asked if id visited the whisky lounger, then personally took me to it when I said I hadn't. The residents lounge on the second floor is a lovely touch too, free soft drinks and coffee, snacks etc this hotel is simply our go-to now for London

Amazing stay!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. A special mention goes to Rohan, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. It's always nice to encounter staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future!

Exceptional Hotel
I have eaten and had drinks at the hotel before, but this was the first time I have stayed there. It really is a fabulous hotel, the rooms are lovely, the staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience in the heart of the theatre district, look no further. The cocktails at the rooftop bar were exceptional.
