The Londoner Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner! The room size was surprisingly decent—especially for London, where you sometimes feel like you’re sleeping in a shoebox with a minibar. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathrooms (which were very nice, by the way—definitely not your average hotel bathroom). The service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, perfect for pretending I was in a movie about rich people. The gym was well-equipped too, which made it slightly harder to come up with excuses not to work out. Location-wise, The Londoner couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful enough to actually relax. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, class, and the kind of bathroom that makes you want to take extra showers just for fun.

The hotel is very swish, couldn’t fault the interior. Room was nice, although not huge. Our safe wasn’t working and we raised this half an hour after check in. We were told someone would fix it. Two days later on check out, it still wasn’t working and no one had visited to fix it. Not great. I think the hotel falls down on service and actually feeling like you aren’t just going to be taken for a ride financially. I had a 20% discount off food, and having spent £468 on dinner on night expected to see a discount on my bill at check out. The discount had been added at £24! When I queried this on check out, all was very vague , no one wanted to address it there and then with advice they would recalculate and email me the final bill, there is a larger discount added but I still have no idea if this is correct - with the discount now about £55, not close to 20%. Also had to remove a in room dining of our bill we had never had!! And when the bill arrived via email there are 2 ‘optional service charges’ on it, again never discussed at check out. Optional means you discuss them with your customers!! I’ve emailed to query them but still no responses. Overall would I stay agin, probably not, as you leave not feeling particularly valued.

I had a fantastic stay at The Londoner Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with warm smiles, offered a lovely welcome drink, and took the time to clearly explain all the hotel’s facilities, which really helped me settle in. The level of hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. I must say that the reception team is the best team I have come across in London! 5 star service from every member. The Londoner is a beautiful hotel with great service, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful hotel. It was a perfect place to stay for our London vacation. Great location. Close to trains and many things to see in a walking distance. The rooms are very luxurious and elevated our experience. Definitely visit their rooftop bar. The staff was lovely to talk to and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again.
