Great Customer service..
My AC in the room did not work on my first night. Jerome Phelps from maintenance worked on it even if I called late at night. Superb customer service, very respectful and pleasant. Thank you so much for a great customer service. I will be coming back for sure.

Beautiful, I would highly recommend!
Beautiful rooms, extremely clean, friendliness of staff, availability of staff, easy check in/out process, the restaurants, and the coffee shop all made this a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend! I was there for 5 days for a work conference and never had to leave the hotel, which was extremely convenient.

Staff and hotel are excellent- room good, but should have been excellent for the $$$
Charging station/outlet did not work on bedside table, I had to pull mattress down to locate a plug for my CPAP since the plug on the nightstand did not work. Pillows flat as pancakes, and if you have bad knees good luck with the toilets being so low. Also on one of the nights the TV/streaming was down. Bob’s steakhouse was excellent. Coffee shop and market also very good. Able to get souvenirs in the market. Great selection of alcoholic beverages in liquor store on-site. Multiple choices for food and beverages in hotel. Staff were very friendly. Had to wait on valet a few times but it was during very busy times (dinner time, check out time). If weren’t for in room issues would’ve have given 5 stars. I did not call for maintenance issues or pillows as I did not have time being on a business trip. I’m sure they would’ve made every effort to correct the problems.

The best hotel every
The entire staff was wonderful. Room was great food was delicious. The staff was great, and everyone was friendly .The pool was clean and inviting . Everyone smiled and was helpful. I will be coming back and will tell all my friends about this hotel.

Outstanding Hotel, great location, excellent food and service. Guest rooms are well appointed, and the bed was super comfy. Hotel is beautiful and the architecture, design and furnishings are beautiful. Staff are super friendly and authentic. I will be back!
