Less than impressed with the service at this location. Upon arrival we received room keys that did not work, no bell service to assist with luggage to room, multiple trips to the lobby to fix room keys - took 3 people to figure out how to assign keys to the 522 2-bedroom suite. Lengthy process with a very tired family arriving after kindergarten graduation and drive in from STL. Then we attempted to order room service for breakfast both days and got sent to voicemail. Actually placed and order this morning which has now also cut into our day plans due to another long process simply to order. Along with a text from your team stating we no longer have 4pm check out after we were assured the 4pm window upon arrival and check in. For a family of 3 who spent upwards of $2,000 for a quick family celebration- we are extremely disappointed by the service and hotel experience. Believe it could have all been avoided had we selected a different hotel. We will be sure to share our experience with friends, family and the American Express Hotel Collection so we can assist others while planning any stay in the Louisville area. Shower/Bathtub will not drain.

This hotel is amazing. Not only is it stylish and beautiful, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and goes out of their way to welcome you. The restaurants/bars on site are cozy and the food is good. One of my favorite hotels!

Nice hotel, rooms are good quality, very clean, hotel is well designed and probably one of the nicest in the city. Restaurant aesthetics are very nice, service is good, food and drinks are mediocre. Restaurants could be cleaner. I would still stay again, but would eat elsewhere next time!

Rated 3 out of 5 due to rude staff at arrival on May 8th after midnight. This employee was too busy listening to her music as she could not bother to take her airpods out (one was in her ear) and her attitude matched this. There was a couple of issues (left my detailed comments on your survey) and Britney made my adult children - mid and late 20’s) feel stupid in her lack of empathy and assistance. I spoke with her on the phone as well and she was rude. She did not want to talk to me and her attitude was clear on the phone — in person and on the phone it was clear we were bothering her. Overall, other than the difficulty in getting my room cleaned and items restocked, all was well. Britney, however. left a bad taste in the overall experience. Maybe hospitality isn’t the career path for her. My favorite was Jack at the front desk! He was awesome!!!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to many downtown attractions. The hotel has a few shops, a bourbon tasting room, a large food court, and a nice restaurant. ROOMS: Awesome! Hotel staff -- very friendly and helpful. The photos on the website will show you how nice the place is.
