Sofitel Lyon Bellecour

Ma femme et moi envisagions de réserver une nuit à l'hôtel Sofitel Lyon Bellecour. Avant de confirmer notre choix, nous avons envoyé un courriel pour obtenir des informations sur le stationnement de nos véhicules. Malheureusement, nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse. Ce manque total de considération pour une demande pourtant simple ne présage rien de bon quant à la qualité de l'accueil sur place. Nous avons donc préféré choisir un autre hôtel. Christian

Tip top service received from the entire team this at incredibly well located, though slightly dated, hotel. Great bar on 8th floor to have an apero before heading out.

Go ahead and order! We stayed in a corner room with beautiful view of the Rhône river. The service is top notch, the steam room and pressure shower in the spa is available for no extra cost, the panoramic view at the restaurant is spectacular, great location, in short absolutely what you would expect. The only areas of improvement we could find is that the interior in the room shows sign of wear and tear, and several of the work out equipment in the gym did not work as they were not connected to electricity. You will not go much wrong with this hotel!

Io e la mia dolce metà, per le nostre vacanze pasquali, abbiamo soggiornato al Sofitel hotel di Lione: ottima scelta! La junior suite, sita al quarto piano con vista sul fiume Rodano, ha contribuito a rendere speciale la permanenza in una città ricca di verde e profumi. Personale della reception competente e cordiale, una menzione particolare a Giusi che,con i sapienti consigli dispensateci, ha contribuito a meglio orientarci nelle nostre lunghe e gradevoli passeggiate. Consigliamo la sera di rilassarsi e godere di un buon drink presso il bar sito all’ottavo piano per la magica atmosfera

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an der Rhone mit tollem Blick auf den Fluss. Da wir eine Flusskreuzfahrt gebucht hatten, war das perfekt und wir konnten zu Fuss zum Schiff gehen. Auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber lecker und ausreichend, wird im obersten Stock serviert und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Einen Kaffee zu kriegen dauert aber ewig - also Zeit mitbringen. Im gleichen Raum kann man auch Mittag- und Abendessen genießen. Das ist teuer aber sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider etwas planlos und kannte sich nicht gut aus was Gutscheine, Upgrade oder Late Check Out anbelangt. Die Zimmer sind schon älter aber sehr sauber. Für eine Nacht hat es uns dort gut gefallen.
