BLESS Hotel Madrid

The hotel is great. Wonderful lobby, kind staff. The “family” room is pretty small, but it works. The water pressure when we visited in the spring of last year (2024) was amazing. It was the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. I don’t know what happened to the plumbing in the past year, but the water pressure was so disappointing this time. It was really bad! Besides that though it’s a really wonderful hotel.

Camera piano 6 Buffet colazione poco curato e affollato ( dipende dal periodo) , si dorme male causa rumore e letto scomodo ( apertura porta della camera, acqua della doccia, si sente abbastanza tutto del bagno accanto e non è piacevole ) Niente ciabatte e accapatoio.. da rivalutare.

We stayed from Mar 1-4 2025 that was ok. We settled the hotel charge upon check-in. On the day we checked out, we were advised by the cashier that there were no further charge. When I traveled back to HK and checked my credit card statement, there was a charge of EUR 81 without any notification nor invoice. I wrote 3 emails to the hotel and to Palladium, made numerous phone calls and I didn't get any answer. I gave up because the long distance téléphone charge has already exceeded EUR 81. How could a hotel charge customer without approval. They did not answer phone calls or put me on hold. My worst hotel experience.

Really comfortable room which was very quiet in spite of overlooking the street. Staff were invariably attentive and helpful, being very patient with our lack of Spanish. The bar quite lively in the evening, and a good place for cocktails!

Hotel aconchegante,elegante e bom atendimento.Só fico nele em Madri,minha 5ª vez.Roof top sempre disputado,com excelente cardápio,uma graça,fica em um bairro elegante de Salamanca,com bons restaurantes e lojas.Faço tudo a pé pelo bairro.
