El servicio y la amabilidad de sus empleados es top! Las habitaciones son super cómodas. La barra es espectacular, con tremendas opciones de comida y bebida. Tiene excelente localización, a pasos de la Calle Serrano. Regreso al Fénix sí o sí!

Incredible service!!
Great experience and service at a beautiful hotel. The hotel employees provided great service even when facing the electrical power shutdown on a very stressful day. We strongly appreciate how everyone in the hotel treated us, even while watching them being very tired and stressed. The hotel was one of the few places with a generator.

Un hotel con servicios y atención de lujo. Siempre que puedo voy a este hotel, yo creo que si no es el mejor hotel de Madrid esta entre los mejores yo personalmente lo recomiendo y esta para mi gusto en la mejor zona de Madrid con muchas tiendas y restaurantes .Saludos

Excelente ubicación, cálido y acogedor
Excelente el hotel, su servicio, habitaciones y ubicación recomendable 100%. Muy rico el desayuno buffet y se agradece que el horario sea hasta las 11 hrs. El personal en generar es amable y siempre disponible para ayudar en lo que sea. Tienen servicio de VAN gratuita para traslados que no sean terminales de transporte o aeropuertos, muy buen servicio.
