Reviews for Hotel Villa Real
In center of it all.
Only detriment of this place if you are on floors 1 and 2 will get noise from skateboarders who use area in front of hotel to do their tricks. Prado and thyssen museum very close. Reina Sofia within walking distance. Only use metro a few times as everything was within a mile walk. Gym was small but usable. Did not go to Pool as not open yet. Bar closes at 11 but made a decent drink. Room was big as has been area and living area with coach and desk. Liked the complementary frig with drinks. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Har superior room which had two closets so plenty of space to unpack. Bathroom was Marge with double sink and bidet. Never figured out how to use showerhead.

Feeling at home
Great location, in front of The Congress and surrounded by the most relevant areas in Madrid. Perfect attention, the staff is always ready to help. Spacious room with free minibar and complimentary water and tea and coffee facilities and nice details. Linen of a good quality and plenty of amenities. East 47 restaurant is a must, you can have from a light bite to more developed dishes at any time and always receiving a smile back.

Great service by reception and superb service by concierge excellent breakfast ( best of our 10 day trip) Good location 2 reasons to not give 5 star review 1. Bar service very patchy - and only an expresso machine and small cups in room - suprised a 5 star hotel did not provide a kettle.supplying a kettle.

Amazing hotel , superb staff, great location , the staff is really helpful in all aspects and the bar is really great , the rooms I love and really comfortable and the breakfast is really good , I really love this hotel is the one to stay in Madrid

A Great Stay
A wonderful stay at Villa Real. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Fresh rose appeared on the first night and chocolates on the bed. Breakfast in the morning consisted of good quality fresh food and the hot food to order was delicious. The breakfast staff were very professional and attentive. Chris was very friendly and ensured that our coffee cups were kept filled! We ate there one evening and the meal was good especially the desserts!
