Incredible staff and absolutely gorgeous hotel
My stay here was incredible. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. But in addition to that, the entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond what you'd expect. The staff and services rivaled or exceeded that of many of the St Regis, Ritz, or Four Seasons resorts and hotels I've stay at.

Palacio de Duques, una maravilla¡
Todo perfecto, el hotel si bien se trata de una palacio histórico ha sido remodelado en el tiempo y adaptado a todas las comodidades modernas, por lo que ofrece una experiencia única de antiguo y confortable al máximo. La posición es perfecta en pleno centro pero una calle silenciosa. Preciosos los jardines, la terraza panorámica con pequeña piscina y jacuzzi y unas vistas espectaculares. La lobby y sala desayuno tienen unas decoraciones muy elegantes y bien entonadas, flores frescas, plantas y un perfume muy agradable. El desayuno es inmejorable, variado y de excelente calidad. Una mención especial merece Julia en la sala desayunos siempre atenta y muy amable en todo momento, asi como Maria Alejandra y por la parte del red level Adriana Lopez tuvo un detalle exquisito con un miembro de nuestra familia que estaba celebrando un cumpleaños….

La scelta di questo albergo è stato la migliore che potevamo fare. Tutto era semplicemente fantastico.l’albergo, le stanze Superior, la Holl, la terrazza, Tutto tenuto in colori tenui , oro, beige, tutto in un’armonia meravigliosa. Eccellente anche il servizio. Siamo venuti in sette per festeggiare il mio compleanno e La sorpresa era grande quando Adriana Lopez mi ha fatto trovare in stanza un tortino di cioccolato è un cava Rose Con un delizioso biglietto di benvenuto. Loro hanno anche riservato un tavolo per la colazione per sette persone in una saletta privata così tutta la famiglia poteva stare insieme, il servizio di Maria Alejandra e il servizio di Giulia erano perfetti. Comunque anche la colazione era il top non ci potevano offrire niente meglio. Tutto di qualità, tutto eccellente. Anche il massaggio Thai era ottimo. E questo albergo ha fatto fare il nostro soggiorno a Madrid un soggiorno da Sogno. Assolutamente da raccomandare. .
