Exceptional Stay
We had an exceptional stay even though the weather was super cold and raining nonstop. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is beyond! Because of the bad weather we spent a lot of time in the hotel. The spa (jacuzzi, steam rooms) are a must; the breakfast was fantastic and the concierge service was very good. The bar area and restaurants are very happening and good. The hotel is walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel staff made it special.

Pleasant experience
The hotel is a resemblance of luxury that we don’t often see in Europe. Check in process was so quick as they promised. I had pre-Check in online and upon my arrival it was only handing the room key to me. Room was in excellent condition (furniture, bed, bath room). Food was also exquisite.

Un lugar bonito pero no gastronómico
El chalet alpino no cumple con sus expectativas . Lo mantienen por diferenciación pero ahorran su vida este año hasta el 15/2 . Comida burda , un menú de 70€ sin bebidas con filete empanado para poner a prueba los dientes ... sopa de cebolla buena y postre como strudel decepcionante . Qué decir de los precios de vinos por copa 11/15 . Ambiente muy conseguido siempre que haya gente ... encima hacen dos turnos dando la imagen de vacío !

El "buffet" del desayuno del Hotel Rosewood Villa Magna era un "must" de Madrid. Elegante, de gran calidad, exquisito. Ahora lo han suprimido y sirven en la mesa, con un servicio que ha perdido atención y calidad y tiene un punto de desorganización. Una pena ... Entiendo que las cadenas tiene estándares de actuación, pero deberían tener la flexibilidad y adaptarse a cada ciudad. En este caso, Madrid ha perdido una gran opción de tener unos Desayunos diferenciales de gran calidad ... Ojalá reconsideren la decisión.

Ótimo hotel e uma localização super privilegiada. Quarto muito confortável, atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom, restaurante ótimo e um bar maravilhoso e muito bem frequentado. É o tipo de hot que você tem vontade de voltar, com certeza. E a cidade ajuda muito!
