An Incredible Stay at Melbourne's Grand Hyatt!
We had an amazing experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Everything about our stay was outstanding — from the beautifully appointed rooms to the exceptional service throughout the hotel. The facilities were a real highlight. We loved using the sauna, steam room, and gym — all immaculately maintained and perfect for a relaxing city break. The food was also excellent, with the buffet breakfast being a real standout — fresh, varied, and definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had! The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore Melbourne’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Yet once inside, it’s peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly welcoming. If you're looking for a true five-star experience with all the amenities you could want, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Well worth the price — we can't wait to come back!

This was an amazing experience. The staff very professional and were helpful with all matters. Restaurant was exceptional, Rooms luxurious and spacious. Central location. Highly recommend this Hyatt resort if you are visiting Melbourne.

Lovely stay
Check in was very fast and the lady on the front desk was friendly and efficient - our room was ready when we arrived at 11am which was fantastic. The room was nice with a big bathroom - my only gripe was how difficult the temperature was to get right in the shower! The breakfast was the best i have ever seen - the selection of food was unbelievable and the pastries amazing. It would have been perfect if it wasn’t so cold in the restaurant - it really was chilly! Overall a lovely stay and the location is great. We walked to rod laver for a concert and had dinner on the way.

Grand Hyatt saved our sleep
Opting to stay in the city due to intense work loads, we took advantage of our World of hyatt Club Lounge access as a member. We had a great room but late in the night our next door neighbour was very noisy and threatened our much needed night's sleep. My wife asked front desk for options which the team efficiently gave us. We took their change of room option. Our evening was saved and had an excellent stay for the next.

Friends weekend get away to Melbourne Apr 2025
Fantastic overall stay over 3 nights from arrival until we departed: Doorman Jimmy, Reception staff & Manager, Housekeeping, Room Service, Breakfast staff, Bar staff, Pool & Spa, with cleanliness of room & hotel very good & the hotels fragrance one of the best I’ve experienced. My 2 friends & I stayed in a King Deluxe Room (incl. large room, king bed, double sofa bed, espresso machine, bathroom with great shower & bath, big chromecast TV, lounge area with table & chairs & a great view of the Yarra & AAMI Park.
