Nestled steps from Elvis Presley’s Memphis mansion, this AAA 4-Diamond resort is home to specialty suites curated by Priscilla Presley. A part of the Lifestyle collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, this unique resort is inspired by the warm hospitality that Elvis always showed his guests. From the southern colonial exterior to the specialty suites (many with design overseen by Priscilla Presley herself), every aspect of The Guest House will reflect Elvis' personal style and the unique character of Graceland. Many of the suites are housed in “The Upstairs” which is reached by staircase modeled after Graceland Mansion's and all rooms feature rain showers, refrigerators, in-room Keurigs, and smart TV’s. From the facade to the King Suites and staircase chandelier, the Guest House boasts Graceland’s iconic elements. Unparalleled service and attention to detail create an authentic experience.

The Guest House Hotel was incredible - spacious and clean. The staff were friendly but also professional. Excellent food. Something for everyone at the buffet breakfast. Lovely pool area. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Best Sister’s Getaway When you need that perfect getaway, this is the place to go. This hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and the food at EP’s was delicious. Love that you can go see different Elvis Movies and Elvis Specials every night at the theatre. A Must Do is .,, After your day excursions, don’t miss out on the Live Music this hotel has to offer. The entertainers are definitely a must see! Brad Birkedahl and Mike you were fantastic! Overall, our couple days spent in Memphis were just what we needed and we thank you!

I came all the way from Romania to visit Memphis and stayed at The Guest House at Graceland for three nights—and honestly, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and full of charm. But what really made the difference was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Robert Reitknecht and Anna Hamilton—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, the food was delicious, and there was even great entertainment right on-site. Everyone we met—from the front desk to the restaurant—was incredibly respectful and friendly. If you’re thinking about staying here—do it. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back someday!

I always stay at the Guest House when visiting Memphis. I love the atmosphere and the beautiful lobby. It's a must stay for any Elvis fan. It can be a little costly, especially during Elvis Week, but worth it! The pool and grounds are beautiful. Already looking forward to my next visit!

The King would be incredibly disappointed with this resort. Do not get caught up with the outside exterior. This place is a dump. This place is giving motel 6 vibes. Housekeeping is a disgrace and they will talk about you in Spanish and harass you. They will knock on your door and insert the key to come in with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on, to ask you when you’re leaving. The rooms are dirty. Hair that is not yours everywhere. Blood on sheets! Carpet stains and possible termites on furniture. Broken toilet seat. Mildew showers. Smells like urine and not dog urine! They are not pet friendly either as they claim so I suggest you leave Fido at home. If you decide to stay —Bring your cleaning products because you will need it. Front desk guy that thinks he’s little Richard is rude! Front desk is incompetent and GM is just as bad. GM Requested to meet with me in the middle of my family vacation which is unacceptable. Didn’t offer a voucher or ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION! The food is old, chicken wing bones broke off while eating, greasy, musty beer. Ice machine has mildew. Needed to use vending machine for Pepto since the food made me sick! Following night I had M&Ms from the vending machine and a dirty martini from the lobby bar for dinner 🤣 Shake Rattle Roll cafe doesn’t use gloves to handle your food! Violations after violations. Stay at the Peabody in Memphis because at least you will get to see the ducks march daily and you will not get scammed. Guest house is just using EP at this point to lure you in and rip you off by thousands of dollars later. My love for Elvis will never end but if you want the entire trip to Memphis to be memorable skip this place!
