Nestled steps from Elvis Presley’s Memphis mansion, this AAA 4-Diamond resort is home to specialty suites curated by Priscilla Presley. A part of the Lifestyle collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, this unique resort is inspired by the warm hospitality that Elvis always showed his guests. From the southern colonial exterior to the specialty suites (many with design overseen by Priscilla Presley herself), every aspect of The Guest House will reflect Elvis' personal style and the unique character of Graceland. Many of the suites are housed in “The Upstairs” which is reached by staircase modeled after Graceland Mansion's and all rooms feature rain showers, refrigerators, in-room Keurigs, and smart TV’s. From the facade to the King Suites and staircase chandelier, the Guest House boasts Graceland’s iconic elements. Unparalleled service and attention to detail create an authentic experience.

We have very mixed feelings about the Guest House at Graceland. We liked the concept and the theming of the hotel - all of the amenities were really well themed and we absolutely loved the extra details for Elvis fans like the screenings of the Elvis films in the evening and the Elvis themed cocktails. The rooms were also really nice and clean (thanks to the housekeeping team). BUT there were a few things that let it down: Firstly the experience with the staff was really varied. A few were friendly and helpful (coffee shop), whilst others, seemed like they did not want to be there. We found this particularly to be the case on reception and in the diner where some of the staff were actually quite rude when taking food and drink orders (restaurant) or trying to help with issues (reception). I also found trying to contact someone at the hotel in the lead up to my reservation really difficult as I am not based in the US so calling their number was not possible. No one got back to me on email until I chased multiple times. We also thought the quality of the food in the diner wasn't particularly great and there were few options for vegetarians / vegans and I expired snacks from the vending machines (the latter I took to reception but I was told the vending machines were managed by a third party so were not their responsibility). Overall, we are glad we gave the hotel a try but I doubt we will stay again.

Loved the atmosphere and style. Great hotel, very nice staff, nice patios and pool area. Our room was Tastefully accented with purple and grey. Bed was comfy, linens were very nice. The shower had multiple options, including a rain shower.

We stayed at the Guest House for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was fantastic the food in the Diner was really tasty and the staff serving us in the Diner, Bar and Restaurant were attentive and friendly. I was surprised that the shuttle was free to all guests and consider that a big plus for travellers coming to Memphis by air. Both trips from and back to the Airport were provided and the drivers were friendly and very helpful. Its a shame that we were so tired after our journey and day at Graceland that we didn't have the stamina to go to the Cinema in the Hotel or partake in the Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. However, our whole experience was very positive and enjoyable. Gracelands itself is only a short walk away which was another bonus.

The hotel and amenities were top notch. We loved the well done Elvis vibe from the decor and movies to the PB&J sandwiches available in the lobby each night and the live music in the lobby! Hotel staff were generally helpful, though some at the information desk sometimes acted as if our questions were stupid . . . as if we should know, for example, that we couldn't walk over to the mansion with our tickets for a tour. There is no need to talk down to guests or treat them as somehow ignorant for not knowing how things work. We ran into that a couple of times with the men that stand around the Info desk. Just sayin' . . . it's an INFORMATION DESK, and that's what should be helpfully and pleasantly provided. We were only there two nights, so there were plenty of towels in the room, but we did have to request coffee refills and Kleenex and shampoo. It's something of an inconvenience (and seemingly a Covid leftover long since past it's sell by date) to make guests have to request housekeeping. For a longer stay, that would have been a pain. For two nights it wasn't an issue. The EP Grille could use a bigger menu. Again, that very cramped little menu seems like a Covid era leftover. Time to expand. Delta's looked way to foo-foo for a casual stay after doing things like Graceland and Sun Studio. So a bigger menu would be helpful. The pool is only 3 feet deep all the way around . . . so it's essentially a big wading pool. It is a nice pool area and when it's hot, one could cool off in it, but not do more than walk around in it. The fire pits around the courtyard are very nice. Despite some improvements that could happen as noted, it was overall an excellent stay and we'll probably come again! Thank you!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this destination hotel. It was a heartfelt family trip celebrating what would have been my mother-in-law's 80th birthday (she loved Elvis!), and this stay made it perfect. The staff was very attentive, friendly and the service was phenomenal, from check-in to check-out. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and roomy. There are great onsite dining and drinking options and a really good coffee shop. Nightly live music downstairs was so much fun, and there are also nightly Elvis movies in the onsite theater, which offers the full experience of sight and sound, not just some small room with a big screen. There are also nightly PB+J sandwiches which we loved. Paring this stay with the full Graceland tour package made for an experience that we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this stay more!
