Increíble experiencia.
La decoración del lugar es espectacular, la comida deliciosa y la terraza es perfecta para regresar a descansar al hotel. Además, tiene una ubicación excelente, muy conveniente para moverse por la zona. Pero, sobre todo, queremos destacar al personal: son extremadamente amables, resuelven cualquier necesidad y te hacen sentir como en casa. ¡Sin duda regresaremos pronto! ¿Quieres que lo acorte para una reseña rápida tipo Google Maps?

Todo increíble y súper ubicación
Súper buena atención y el hotel está increíble!!! El desayuno delicioso y todo súper rico , la alberca en el roof y el bar es algo súper innovador y padrísimo! Espero poder regresar muy pronto ya que mi experiencia fue muy agradable. La temática de los cuentos están súper bonita

Hidden gem in Mérida!!
We are obsessed with this place! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. (Shoutout to Bri, Jose, and Issa!) so good we came back twice! The house-made butter was so delicious we asked them if we could buy it and they made us a package for us to take back. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Mérida. We just came to eat at the restaurant but next time we’ll have to come stay in the hotel! So so well designed. The eggs and omelette were delicious (wish we took photos of them!) we split the smoothie bowl and they split it into two different cups for us without us even asking. Seriously the nicest staff- thank you!!

La comida esta deliciosa, el lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. Todo limpio y elegante. Fácil de estacionarse en la parte de afuera. El servicio excelente, nos atendió Bri, muy amable y atenta y pendiente de todo. Recomiendo el restaurant, hay variedad.

Amabilidad y Servicio en un hotel hermoso
Fue un enorme placer hospedarme en ese hotel. Desde antes de la llegada me contactaron para preguntar si tenía alguna necesidad. El personal se adelanta a cualquier requerimiento y su amabilidad y servicio superarán cualquier expectativa. Mando un afectuoso saludo al equipo de Diez Diez Collection: Sol, Xiomara, Oscar, Juan. También al Mixólogo Pepe. La arquitectura del hotel, que respeta la antigua construcción, es hermosa. Además, está a una cuadra de Paseo Montejo. Muy recomendable.
