Reviews for Presidente InterContinental Mexico City
A visit to a lovely city marred by an uncomfortable hotel.
We stayed at this hotel when we visited Mexico City. Very opulent, in a very nice part of the city. But very poorly designed room. Barely enough space to keep suitcases. No shelf space. Extremely slow service. Housekeeping were erratic in cleaning the room. Disabled unfriendly. Given that it bills as a five star, we got much better service in a budget hotel in the historic city centre.

Well located typical intercontinental hotel
Nothing really wrong with it well located hotel that does the job. My only criticism is that coffee and tea were often not refilled and had to ask for extra water. One piece of advice - DONT use hotel taxis use ubers . They are so so much cheaper and just as reliable. Room clean i paid for the breakfast which wasn’t bad all though cheeky if u want an expresso or cappacino they charge u extra

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
I had a fantastic stay. The suites are stylish and comfortable with a clean, modern feel. The location is great and made it easy to get around the city. I also enjoyed the food; everything was well prepared and had a nice variety. Would stay again.

Centrally located hotel with multiple onsite dining options and amenities. Good location (close to Reforma) with easy accessibility. Excellent service and nice rooms. Onsite fitness center. Mexican, French, Italian and steak house dining options make this a one-stop shop for busy business travelers.
