Nice stay
Nice stay - spacious and well appointed room, had a small seating area, separate desk and the bed was very comfortable. Room overlooked a construction site. Service was excellent, very efficient and friendly. Nice gym and pool. Would return

A must stay!
The best hotel I have ever been! The service is 15/10 and the room is absolutely gorgeous. Stayed during my sons birthday and they had a cake on our arrival. Had room service a few times and it was incredible. The pool was the best part for my son, shallow and great way to watch him swim without a lot of worry. only con is there were a lot of outlets near the beside table.

Luxury stay in CDMX
We stayed 4 nights at the St. Regis and were very pleased with the excellent customer service, clean room, amenities and super comfortable bed. The location is great for exploring the Chapultepec and easy walking to the La Condesa and Roma Norte areas. We would definitely stay at the St. Regis again while in CDMX!

Fantastic Service & Family Friendly
Exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Mananger, Cesar Vilchis went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our stay. We traveled with our family of four for the first time to Mexico City. Our kids highlight was the hotel experience! They brought them cupcakes to decorate along with some sparkling apple juice! The hotel itself is nicely located and very family friendly! The entire staff we encountered were very attentive and helpful. If you’re looking for a hotel perfect for families I highly recommend this place. Its price tag is worth it !

Customer First at this Property!!!
Possibly the top hotel in Mexico City! The staff is excellent and naturally the service. Mostly excellent decor and the Spa is very nice. The food is surprisingly good inna competitive town. Definitely try the hotel…I would go back. The location is very central, safe and definitely walkable.
