Bulgari Hotel Milano

Siamo stati da poco in questo meraviglioso hotel in pieno centro a Milano... siamo stati clienti del bar .. che dire posto meraviglioso... qualità del caffè alta, il personale di sala altamente professionale..forse se mi Posso Permettere .. amplierei la scelta dei biscotti col caffè..anno portato con il caffe' solo un biscotto.. infatti abbiamo ordinato degli altri peraltro fantastici.. però nell'insieme un posto fantastico.. alla prossima Alessandro Mirabelli

Sono stata con il mio compagno più volte al bar dell'hotel Bulgari, ma questa volta ho avuto la conferma che non è un luogo da consigliare. Il servizio è approssimativo, senza cura. Abbiamo ordinato due caffè macchiati ed un the. Quando è arrivato il cameriere , vedendo che eravamo in due e non tre come immaginato dall'ordinario e, si è affrettato a riportare indietro uno dei tre miseri piattini con un mini dolcetto di mandorle. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il limone per il the che abbiamo aspettato a lungo dovendolo sollecitare più volte. Tutti gli altri hotel di lusso ci hanno offerto biscottini e pasticcini per accompagnare the o cappuccini, qui zero. Direi che non ritornerò mai più i n questo hotel, veramente molto scarso

I stayed at Bulgari Milano on Christmas Eve during my first visit to Milan, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were very kind and provided excellent service, making my stay feel special. Everything was perfect, from the luxury of the rooms to the festive touches for the holiday. It’s a place I will always remember and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan!

If we have to describe our experience in the Bulgari hotel Milano, all family member agreed on perfect, fantastic et excellent. The place is marvelous, the room even more and the personnel demonstrated hospitality at every moment and sometimes even more. We were talking about some Italian food to buy back for home and hour later where we dining at the Niko Romito restaurant (tasty and excellent) we got back to the room and found some dishes. They were very responsive, providing recommendations, buying tickets and maps. Sometimes small things give great joy, they brought my son pancakes and strawberry berry for breakfast and he talked about for hours. Many thanks to all the team, butler restaurant, spa, gym and beyond. We are planning to come back already by early spring ☀️

Hotel molto bello, i servizi talvolta rimangono un po sotto la media per questi posti, abbiamo atteso una infinità per avere una fattura dalla reception del bar, poi non è mai arrivata e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farla riemettere perdendo tempo
