Nhow Milano

I stayed at nhow Milano with my husband and toddler last April. We loved the eclectic and colorful decor and the spacious room but our favorite thing was the amazing breakfast buffet. The quality and variety of the products serve was impressive. The locations is good, you can reach il Duomo easily by the tram station near the hotel. The only thing was that we would have appreciated more accurate information from the front desk staff. In fact the day we left there was a taxi strike and we almost missed our plane. We'd have appreciated it if the staff had warned us during check-out. Also, they told us that metro has elevators in most of the stations which was not the case. But other than that, our stay was perfect.

Cool hotel with a lot of different art and installations. Rooms were OK but did not feel really luxurious. I would definitely recommend the hotel, except for the prices on the roof top bar. 20€ for an Aperol Spritz and the food were not on par with what we had in other restaurants for less money.

Fantastic hotel! Really quirky design ! Room was stunning! I loved the artwork and boutique style furniture. Very spacious and comfortable. I got a free room upgrade too which was fantastic! The front of house team were all really helpful.

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questo hotel nel giro di un mese...e questa volta ho potuto usufruire della terrazza e piscina che sono spettacolari e della colazione degna di un 5 stelle...davvero ottima! Sia per il salato che per il dolce! Da tornarci al più presto!!

Stylisches Hotel in spannender Umgebung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Mitarbeiter (bis auf zwei beim Frühstück ) eher unfreundlich, unmotiviert und inkompetent. Zimmer geräumig und cool, das Bad allerdings sehr ungepflegt ( verfärbte Fugen, WC mit Ablagerungen), Getränkepreise unverschämt, Den Voucher für den Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung musste man "einfordern", Flurböden sehr fleckig. Die Terrasse war geschlossen. Meine hohen Erwartungen (ich kenne das nhow aus Rotterdam) wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für mich nicht gestimmt und ich werde das nhow nicht mehr wählen. Schade
