Park Hyatt Milan

The hotel is one of the best I have ever visited, means services, stuff, manager in the highest level. Thanks for doing that good job :-) Placed in city centr is making hotel more reachable for doing shopping, eating and life at the night. We enjoyed hiring a car and good meal, gelato and fantastic italian espresso.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. Every detail—from the room’s décor and the carefully selected fragrances to the artwork on the walls—was thoughtfully prepared, and you could really feel the care that went into it. Each morning’s breakfast was superb. The staff in the breakfast room were incredibly friendly: over my three-day stay they remembered my preferences and greeted me with “Fresh orange juice today, right?” which made me so happy. Naturally, everything I tried was delicious—especially the fruit and sweets, of which I indulged in plenty. On my final day, I accidentally left my passport and wallet at the hotel and had to rush back from the airport to retrieve them. The team handled everything with remarkable kindness. The front-desk staff had already sealed and secured my belongings for safekeeping, then calmly reassured me that everything would be all right as they carefully checked the contents and verified that the passport was indeed mine. When I explained that I needed to extend my stay by one night (and would cover the extra cost) and change my flight to the following day, they immediately managed to arrange a room for me despite the short notice. Every aspect of their service was thoroughly professional, and I am truly grateful.

FABULOUS location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds, loved the turn down service and the staff was incredible. Room was a decent size. We did not experience the breakfast, so I can not comment there. I would stay here again when visiting Milan.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of Milan! We only stayed here 1 night but our room was perfect and the service was top notch. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the hotel as well. This place is definitely worth a stay when visiting Milan!

Located just steps from The Galleria and The Duomo, The Park Hyatt Milano really puts you in the middle of sights, shopping and dining. Elegant in design and intimate in feel, this is an ideal combination for a discerning traveler. The staff - everyone from the bell desk to the front desk & concierge, to housekeeping and the spa attendants - were all so engaging and warm. The rooms are stylish and modern. Gorgeous building that has been thoroughly renovated and extensively upgraded. Way more character and charm than a typical corporate hotel. The spa downstairs is beautiful. We had massages and they were excellent. Would definitely return here the next time we're in Milan.
