The Westin Palace, Milan

Depois de uma viagem na Suíça nós hospedando em hotéis boutique, resolvemos gastar um pouco mais e ficar no Westin que já conhecíamos de viagem anterior. O hotel é muito bom. Bonito, confortável, um belo bar, ótimo café da manhã, próximo da estação de trem. Só não fica perto da região das lojas de grife, da Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, nem da Catedral de Milão, em italiano, Duomo di Milano, que por sinal deve ser uma visita obrigatória de tão linda que é. No entanto, embora o hotel não seja perto, nada impede que se caminhe até lá, apreciando as ruas e o comércio de Milão pelo caminho. Sempre vamos caminhando.

veramente una sorpresa! la gentilezza, la pulizia e l'accortezza del personale, rendono speciale questa location! mi hanno fatto un graditissimo Upgrade di loro sponte, e l'ho apprezzato moltissimo! a causa di uno sciopero dei mezzi pubblici, il personale si è subito adoperato per suggerirmi la soluzione più comoda per me!

My husband and I stayed here during our Milan trip before heading to Como. The hotel is historic and close to a subway stop so it is easy to get around, and is not far from Milano Centrale. The room was beautiful and large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Clarissa at the front desk was amazing and made our stay feel so personalized. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 week Italy vacation and the staff went out of their way to recognize my loyalty status. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This location fully acknowledges Marriott Status! I received an exceptional upgrade to an executive suite which included an in-suite sauna! I received exceptional service from Clarissa at the front desk when checking in and when checking out. She helped me find the correct website to purchase a Swiss Vignette for my rental car. This hotel is in a wonderful place for tourists who want to be walking distance from major tourist attractions such at the Duomo and the Galeria Vittoria. I had one of the best pastas of my life around the corner at a restaurant that was easy walking distance from the hotel! If I revisit Milan, I will for sure stay here again!
