My travel advisor recommended this hotel as the last night of our two week trip through Italy. We were disappointed that their dress and etiquette code was not consistently enforced. My son was not allowed to eat in the restaurant in tailored linen shorts. We then left our children (17 & 19) to eat room service. At the restaurant, my husband and I were surrounded by three gentlemen wearing graphic t shirts (not allowed), one in gym shoes (not allowed) and the third took off his Birkenstock clogs and dined barefoot. One table away, a lone diner was having a zoom meeting. We were left speechless and disappointed deeply regretting our booking for our last night.

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Casa Cipriani, mia moglie ed io siamo rimasti incantati dalla cura e dall'attenzione ai dettagli che hanno reso la nostra esperienza davvero memorabile. Ogni aspetto del servizio era studiato minuziosamente, facendoci sentire come dei veri principi. La cena è stata deliziosa, con piatti raffinati e sapori eccezionali che ci hanno deliziato ad ogni portata. Un grazie particolare va al personale del ristorante per l'accoglienza calorosa e il servizio impeccabile. Il trattamento S.p.A è stato un altro punto forte del nostro soggiorno. Mia moglie ha adorato il massaggio, trovando il relax e la cura che cercava. Non possiamo che ringraziare tutto lo staff di Casa Cipriani per l'esperienza straordinaria e confermare che torneremo sicuramente. Very poor customer service! Never seen a place that make mistakes and do not honor towards the guest that has nothing to do with their issue. Tried to speak with a member of management and kept being told that there wasn’t anyone on shift! All the lies and excuses you used I’m graduated on. I’m Hotel General Manager myself and never heard so many lousy excuses. Hotel used their extranet access on Booking.com to cancel the reservations. They have no honor, if they made a mistake they should have accepted and moved forward and not penalty the ones that haven’t done anything wrong. Never seeing a place where a Manager runs away from the responsibilities and leave to reception staff to tell lies to guests. You have no integrity or honor, be a grown up and face the consequences, don’t blame others. I’ll make sure everyone knows what you have made behind the scenes and I hope others seek for compensation and report you to the consumer’s protection. You don’t deserve any sympathy. Beautiful hotel very badly organized The rooms and facility are beautiful but very sloppily managed. Just some examples: waiter at the table looks at other guests essence listening to me, gives me in my hand two open menus, the table is set while we are seated, starting with the tablecloth, wine ( very good) poured in the same type of glass in which water is poured, wake up at 6 :20 on Sunday morning because upstairs they move chairs ( I think to do cleaning) I wait a while and at 7 I try to call the reception but the phone in the room does not work. I go down to reception, they apologize, offer a discount on their own initiative but at check out the discount is not applied
