This is my second time staying at the fifth. I really love the ambience. I thought my room was really beautiful and well manicured. I had dinner at the restaurants and in the bar and both were delicious. The service was great quality. The Bellman front desk reception We’re all really kind and helpful. And I understand that the Pfister is also owned by the same owners of the Saint Kate, where I have to admit, I did not have that great of an experience. So this becomes my second stay here because it would have been my third, but the hotel was booked on the 29th and therefore I couldn’t get the three day stay that I needed. To no fault of the hotel the company That I came with did not book the reservation in time. At any rate, I’ve had a great experience here. I love your decor. I enjoyed the music in your bar on the 23rd floor and I will return again so thank you for the experience. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name, but if I’m not mistaken, the doorman’s or name was Domenico the front desk person was second shift 2 to 11 named Edward and the young man who I think was security was a fair skin black man with a very pleasant smile, and I feel bad that I don’t remember his name because we talked extensively. I was told it is Alex And he was just ending his shift as I arrived this evening, May 1, 2025 at 10:15. Finally Sarah took my order at the bar. Wonderful!

The Pfister felt like a calm oasis, a clean and well-appointed place where I could relax at the end of a long day. Every staff member I encountered seemed to want to make sure that I had a pleasant stay. The building is beautiful and felt luxurious.

I love the Pfister with it’s old world charm and elegance. Never had a bad experience there. Accommodations always clean and well maintained. Great restaurant and lounge areas. The champagne offered on checkin was is a nice touch to start our time there.

This has to be the most beautiful hotel I have ever visited. The artwork on display was varied and unique, the ceiling in the entrance foyer is magnificent. Every single member of staff was positive, cheerful and keen for us to really enjoy our stay. We spent 5 days in Milwaukee and drove to the draft in Green Bay for the opening day of the draft. Our son and daughter in law joined us with our 2 year old grandson. The hotel ensured we had adjoining rooms, were kind enough to permit the fun antics of a 2 year old in the hotel, and supplied high chairs when we ate at the Mason Street Grill. The food was delicious, both at the Grill and in the cafe. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to families or couples. The pool at the top of the hotel was warm enough for our grandson to enjoy 40 minutes of 'swimming' with his parents while we both watched and admired the view of the city from the 23rd floor. The hotel is ideally placed to walk to Lake Michigan and take in the spectacular Quadracci Pavillion of the Milwaukee Art Museum, the lake front walk and brilliant Northwestern Mutual Community Park and Henry Maier Festival Park. Also at the waterfront is Discovery World, a truly family oriented hands on experience. The hotel was also a short walk from the river, which has good river walks along each side featuring sculptures, and leads to some great bars, including the Lakefront Brewery and the 3rd Street Market Hall. We also visited The Wicked Hop in the old market district.

Love this hotel! Classy and classic! Checkin was professional, smooth and friendly thanks to Rishav and Mechi. Remodeled rooms in the original tower are clean and well-appointed. I appreciate the lobby bar and dining options are open late for us night owls.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently. We can't thank you enough for your attention to details and calm demeanor. We had total confidence that the wedding would go on without a hitch with you at the helm. Thanks again for everything!

We give you a huge 10! The spa, where we had massages, is the best of its kind. The therapists are top notch, the ambiance is perfect, and the rooms wonderfully conducive to the best possible experience.
