An outstanding hotel with unique staff
Probably one of the best hotels I've seen anywhere in the world. The quality of the service, staff is second to none. The room are beautiful, the food was outstanding. Classy, caring. Fantastic roof top bar This hotel is perfect for westerners , probably more business than tourist.

My wife and I visited Mumbai and stayed at the Four Seasons. We had the BEST time. The staff are professional, kind and attentive. The hotel is spectacular. We’ve already decided we would be staying at the Four Seasons Mumbai for any future trips to Mumbai. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever want. Aer is a great spot to have an evening out. The pillows are some of the comfiest pillows we slept on (contemplating purchasing the four season pillows for home!) The staff are amazing! We had such a great experience with everyone we encountered throughout our stay. Shoutout to the concierge team who helped us with literally everything! They assisted with dinner recommendations, places to shop and also were able to help me get a SIM card and a carry-on delivered to the hotel! Special shoutout to Sonali who made our stay SO, SO special! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Four Seasons = Immaculate
Let me just come straight to the point, if I’m in Mumbai I’m staying at Four Seasons. Right from the valet to check in to the room, everything is immaculate. The Aer Lounge is another favorite with Gimlet Garden for the perfect evening. The views are stunning to say the least.

Everything was perfect. Welcoming and caring staff, all kind of comforts and assistance. Amazing food, the best veg menu I had in Mumbai and finally Europeans wine list (not easy to find in Mumbai). Corporate hotel for business trips but also to enjoy for holiday

Worst 5Star Hotel In Mumbai Which Takes Excess Money From Clients And Refuses To Pay Back
Worst Hotel In Mumbai , when someone pays them excess money they take months to respond and after confirming on mail that they have got excess payment they refuse to pay back , Such hotels should be blacklisted as they cheat people , And when it comes to their money receiving they will first take it .
