Everything good
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – an excellent experience in every aspect. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. What impressed me the most was the attitude of the staff – incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. The Butler Service was a standout feature, offering assistance with unpacking and packing, and even carefully wrapping fragile items. The hotel’s spa is not to be missed. It offers rejuvenating treatments inspired by Indian and Eastern traditions, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Nice food nice hospitality cooperative staff very hygienic rooms are big Safe for solo travellers big parking area beautiful swimming pool steam and spa nice view sea facing rooms quick service reasonable tariff taking care of passengers everything is excellent

Exceptional service!
It’s my third time visiting this hotel and it always lives up to its standards. The service is exceptional. Everyone is warm and yet very professional! It’s just how it should be. Also the food is really good. Special thanks to Ms Akanksha and her team at Fenix for making my birthday extra special. And also to Batei at Vetro for her really warm welcome every morning! Great place to stay in Mumbai
Had an extremely pleasurable stay in The Oberoi, beautiful hotel, extremely well appointed rooms with wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and the level of customer service is exceptional. A big thank you to all the staff for making my time there so enjoyable.

A hotel as hotels should be
Mumbai can get to you : the noise, the pollution, the crowd, the constant honking of car horns. It's good to have a place to get away from it all. from the moment you set foot into the Oberoi, you can leave the outside world behind. People at reception are very accommodating. The rooms are great and quiet. The breakfast buffet is to die for. You can use the pool (a bottle of water is offered) of the hotel or use the pool at the hotel next door. They even have a pickleball court. It's great to have a drink on the terrace bar in the evening looking over Marine Drive. The Oberoi Mumbai is an institute and they live up to their reputation.
