Best place to stay in Mumbai for many reasons!
Fantastic hotel in a great location ! Amazing food, A+++ service and great entertainment and views. They personally helped with checkin by actually coming yo the room and explaining all the features. Lavnish the young man from Checkin desk actually brought a map snd showed me all the point of interests… Ms Natasha is a fantastic singer and performs in one of the resturants most evenings. Morning breakfast is incredible. Many Indian and western food choices. Young Chef Aadhya is very observant and helpful.

One of the best hotels I have ever been fortunate enough to stay at ... mainly because of the incredible people that they have working there. From the security , to reception, to housekeeping, all the restaurant staff and of course the pool people. It is truly a hotel that makes you want to never leave as soon as you arrive! We ate at the Indian restaurant, Ziya , fabulous food, our breakfast every day was delicious. The bar Ecru food, drinks and view was memorable. "Nothing is too much trouble " is the feeling you have, even one of the chefs showed me how to cut a mango in the best way. Not enough superlatives for the place and the staff . A tremendous place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a sea view room and would recommend it as you see the sunset every night ! Just go ! Any questions please just ask 😃

A piece of heaven
Just a wonderful stay in a hotel where every need is taken care of by some of the best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. From Checking in, to the gym, to the pool and breakfast I felt like I was being pampered and that no request was too difficult.

Exceptional Mumbai Hotel
The room was clean and comfortable with welcoming roses. The location is excellent and we felt safe based on the hotel security measures. The availability of a morning yoga class is a big plus for us. The staff were exceptional, it didn't matter who we dealt with all were friendly, helpful and courteous. Last but not least the meals we had the hotel were excellent. Breakfast was a fresh, generous spread of offerings and beautifully presented. The dinner at Ziya was the best Indian food we have ever tasted. We also dined at the Italian restuarant and found that to be excellent too. The Bao buns at the lobby lounge were very tasty too. Highly recommend
