I keep to Taj Lands End and I’ve always enjoyed my experience here. I was here with my family for a celebration and we have a great time. The food was really delicious and the ambiance totally light up the mood. Abhishek Kesar Gaurav was assisting us and he was really kind and helpful to us for all are service.

Outstanding Hospitality and Excellent Service
The hotel gave us a unique experience. The hospitality was outstanding and all the staff were courteous, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious! The spa and pools were clean and the staff there were helpful with towels and water bottles and looked after us really well. Thank you to all at the hotel for an excellent and exceptional hospitality and service. We highly recommend this and will definitely return back in the near future.

Pool good. Comfy bed. The rest Ok.
Back pool area and bunnies/turkeys were fun. Room was comfortable. I had questions at check in and was rushed. I was looking forward to the roof top pool- I did not know you needed a special room to use that pool. At breakfast we sat outside, food was fine, but they were way under staffed- dishes piled up on all the tables. The few working were piling them on other dirty tables to make room for people to sit. I went to get a latte and all the cups that were supposed to be clean were dirty- I asked someone working and they walked away. I found a paper cup and used that. The view was great. I just expected so much more from the Taj.

Stay at lands end
Wonderful stay at the lands end. Club room is pretty. The taj club team were a fabulous host. Big thank you to brijesh, Rajiv, Rakesh and bharat who have extended kind gesture to both our daughters. Hope to see them grow when we visit next year.

Pool Side Cycle Activity That person's behavior was very bad with my child, when he went to get the cycle he got a geared cycle, he had very little knowledge about geared cycle, when he was riding the cycle he scolded him and asked how are you riding it and when he went to get the cycle next day he refused him and said that 3000 rupees will be taken from him
