Taj Lands End

Truly a home behind home. Always amazes me when I visit the Lands End. Special applause to the lounge team of Rakesh, Brijesh, Bharat and Rajiv who make you day wonderful by taking care of every minute detail. May their tribe increase!! Giri Pickbrain

I had put many requests at Taj Lands End as I was staying with my elderly parents and my infant baby. I was doubtful if my requests would be considered. However, all my requests were considered to my satisfaction. Jatin from the Restaurant Team at Vista ensured that I and my parents do not wait in queue for our meals at Vista Restaurant, we were quickly allotted a table. Not to forget, we had a smooth and seamless check in at the property with a chirpy warm welcome by Mr Viren D'Sa 🙂 During our stay, suddenly my infant baby had fever, she kept getting warm and I didn't understand what to do. I quickly got in touch with my pediatrician around midnight. I requested the Concierge Team to please help me procure the medicine and formula milk for my Baby, it was late night and I sincerely thank the Concierge Team as well for their timely help. The next day we had to rush and take Baby to the pediatrician as her fever kept getting worse. Viren quickly got me and my parents water bottles and went out of his way and got my Baby a blanket as well. Thanks to In-Room Dining Team for helping us with the Cake for my Mummy's birthday celebration for which we had specially come to Taj Lands End. It was truly a celebration to remember and I shall cherish these sweet memories. And last but not the least, thanks to Marie and the Housekeeping Team. My Baby was not keeping well and had vomited on two consecutive nights. Thanks to the Housekeeping Team for keeping our room clean, well maintained and always stocked up with water and other essentials and helping us on time. I would love to stay at Taj Lands End once again. The sunrise and sunset views are something you would really not want to miss.

I keep to Taj Lands End and I’ve always enjoyed my experience here. I was here with my family for a celebration and we have a great time. The food was really delicious and the ambiance totally light up the mood. Abhishek Kesar Gaurav was assisting us and he was really kind and helpful to us for all are service.

The hotel gave us a unique experience. The hospitality was outstanding and all the staff were courteous, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious! The spa and pools were clean and the staff there were helpful with towels and water bottles and looked after us really well. Thank you to all at the hotel for an excellent and exceptional hospitality and service. We highly recommend this and will definitely return back in the near future.

Back pool area and bunnies/turkeys were fun. Room was comfortable. I had questions at check in and was rushed. I was looking forward to the roof top pool- I did not know you needed a special room to use that pool. At breakfast we sat outside, food was fine, but they were way under staffed- dishes piled up on all the tables. The few working were piling them on other dirty tables to make room for people to sit. I went to get a latte and all the cups that were supposed to be clean were dirty- I asked someone working and they walked away. I found a paper cup and used that. The view was great. I just expected so much more from the Taj.
