I was great experience with Taj Lands End, I was stay their for special anniversary purpose , and they arranged very nice anniversary cake & small balloon very decent decoration, very Nice polite staff, and awesome food and high class service , Prefere to visit again, highly recommend to friends and relatives

The service was excellent. Staff was caring. Mr Cyrus went an extra mile with our luggage. The housekeeping service at odd (evening) hrs was available. Great for families as Taj had fun Kid activities whichmy child loved. The other unique feature is that all rooms have sea view.

My stay at Taj Lands End was truly special and incredibly comfortable. We were celebrating my grandmother’s 85th birthday, and the entire experience was made memorable thanks to the warm and thoughtful service from the team. A big thank you to Ashwini, Jai, Marie, Suraj, and Keshav ji from the Guest Relations, Front Desk and Restaurant teams for ensuring everything was picture-perfect. The attention to detail, kindness, and personal touches meant a lot to our family. We’ll always remember this beautiful celebration – thank you for making it so special.

My wife and I stayed at Taj Lands End, Bandra from 11th to 13th May 2025 in Room No. 1910, celebrating our 2nd marriage anniversary – and what an unforgettable experience it was! The room was absolutely luxurious, and the service was outstanding in every way. We were so touched to find a surprise cake and balloons in the room to mark the occasion – a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special. A big thank you to: Miss Neha (Guest Services) – for helping us with every detail of our stay. Mr Sahil (Housekeeping) – for maintaining the room beautifully and always greeting us warmly. Miss Melody & Mr Ganesh (Vista Restaurant) – for their warm service and attention. Mr Keshav (Vista Restaurant) – who went out of his way to prepare a special dish for my pregnant wife when she couldn’t find something she liked at the buffet. This small act of kindness meant a lot to us. Miss Anushka & Mr Pawan (Checkout Desk) – for a smooth and quick checkout and helping us book a cab when needed. And to top it all off, we even met Mr Irfan Pathan near the Rabbit Park – such a fanboy moment! Apologies if I’ve misspelled any names – every staff member we encountered made us feel valued and cared for. Thank you, Taj Lands End, for making our celebration truly memorable. We can't wait to visit again soon! ❤️
