The most exceptional hospitality we’ve ever experienced, from the check in at the Taj Lounge to the Butler and pool staff, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The location, history, decor and ambiance is amazing, Food, especially breakfast is just the best. We just loved the Taj Palace and Mumbai, they are magical places..

We have indulged in the timeless embrace of exemplary hospitality, luxury, and heritage. The team Annanda Ariba Sanjana(detective) front desk staff Abhishek (butler) the chariot rider the chef especially who made the moong dal in room service the legacy walkthrough gentleman the Sardarji at the gate. We are overwhelmed🙏

Fantastic attentive service - nothing was a problem to the staff. We were looked after from the moment we alighted from the taxi. Everyone from the porters at the door to the staff inside were so courteous, happy and helpful we loved every minute. We were there for a week and the club lounge was well worth using - often a peaceful haven and from 6pm to 8pm cocktail time (though for us it was wine and can heartily recommend the Indian Fratelli Chardonnay). Rooms were very clean and serviced twice a day often with little extras to welcome you back. Multiple restaurant options but can definitely recommend Souk - food was fantastic, waiters friendly and helpful and you have a great view over Mumbai.

Fabulous stay in the original building which was so atmospheric. I wanted to stay in the original part of the building as I love the history. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. My every need was catered for. Room service good delicious. Whisky sour drink by the pool while watching the light show was a real treat.

Each team member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of service was truly outstanding and personalized, making us feel like valued guests at every turn. It’s clear that the staff at Taj Palace are committed to ensuring guests feel both comfortable and well-cared for.
