Hutton Hotel

This hotel is a real shame, it looks nice and some friendly staff. The room is ‘lightly’ cleaned each day and some small issues with items not working. But, the windows let through far too much road noise (maybe your supposed to be knocked out on too much booze from the honky tonks?). The worst thing is when you come to check out. This trip was organised and paid for through a third party, with multiple hotels along the way, but this is the only hotel to do this- They charged our credit card for the room and taxes (that were already paid). They were very quiet about this and tried hushing us away from the front desk. Now i would imagine that a big hotel would have computers (yes, its 2025) and that if the rooms and taxes have been paid for a guest- that this would have been noted or cleared on this computer? But no, we were told that the refund could be 35 days which is strange as the huttons own website says up to 10? We eventually had a refund, but then they took another payment of their own accord- no authorisation, no invoice, no nothing. I love that Nashville is a country city, but didn't expect this wild west type of payment authorisations from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was so nice! Our company booked this hotel for a retreat and it was great for large groups. The rooms were very spacious, the conference room was so big and the staff were so kind. Jayda from the front desk made checking in and out a breeze. So friendly to everyone. Highly recommend this hotel

Love the decor! But it’s the staff that steals the show. Andrew greater us at the car. He was friendly welcoming and friendly. On morning one there was no coffee in the room or lobby…disaster. Tayia at the front desk knew the area and I found coffee after a lovely 2 minute walk. Nashville is spectacular and Hutton Hotel is in a fabulous location. A great home for Vanderbilt graduation.

The Hutton hotel is really well located within walking distance to Broadway and all the main attractions and only a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms have really comfy beds and are a good size but the walls are paper thin so you hear every little noise. Be aware that they hold $100 per night per room for incidentals which is excessive and it’s 5-10 days before they release the balance. Valet parking is efficient but at $55 per day that’s also extremely pricey I’m comparing the charges to other hotels that I’m staying in as part of the same trip. Evelyn’s bar and restaurant, one of their bar tenders was very attentive but the others were not so good. Food in the restaurant was tasty but expensive for what it was. There is a daily charge of $30 + tax which I struggle to understand particularly as house keeping only attended our room twice in a 6 day stay and overall service was slow. Overall the stay was fine but overpriced for what it was

⸻ Hotel Hutton exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and sophisticated. I’d gladly stay here again!
