Hutton Hotel

Our hotel was booked through a travel agent who recommended the Hutton hotel Nashville , very nice hotel but amenities ie coffee tea milk in our room were not replenished , and the room was only cleaned once during our stay. We were given no information on what was available in the hotel for us to use On checkout we were then charged £98 dollars Desitnation amenity fee and told this was for Wi-Fi etc , this was meant to be complimentary to our room and we never used any other facilities in the hotel , we have NEVER ever been charged this exstausionate price before and going forward with our holiday to Memphis and New Orleans each hotel didn’t have these hidden charges , please be aware , we would be reluctant to stay there again unfortunately.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent, attentive staff at reception, lobby and restaurant. Sadly no coffee in rooms nor any printed information at all about the hotel services, amenities or locality. So we needed to ask at reception more frequently than usual. Happy to say Jaydo and colleagues on the front desk were invariably helpful in answering our queries and ensuring we made the most of our stay.

The Hutton is a smartly presented business hotel about a 30 minute walk from the Broadway music area. A professional welcome on checking in and all of the staff were polite, professional and business like. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were pleasant and prices were reasonable for a hotel of this type. The only small gripe we had was in trying to obtain additional supplies of tea for our room. After some considerable time we were originally sent coffee supplies and when we let reception know there was no response and so we had to ask again before we eventually received a supply. A small gripe but when you are being charged $30 per night for amenities and this along with the wifi were the only ones being used it seemed to be poor service. If you are charging for amenities getting the basics right should come s standard. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Really disappointed with the service we received at The Hutton Hotel. We were incorrectly charged $98 on check out. I queried this. It transpires I shouldn't have been charged. Still waiting for a refund. We were not supplied with coffee during our 3 day stay, despite requesting twice. We were then told complementary coffee was available in the bar. We ordered some. It was after 10am so we charged. Ripped towels in room. Valet services were your saving grace and very efficient and friendly. Overall very disappointed though

Very professional greeting from front desk, Haley. Clean reception and other friendly staff. Nice decorations throughout the property. Bar and restaurant have a good selection of food and drinks I would recommend this hotel to couples and solo travelers
