The hosts were amazing Jay and Haley made it epic. I had the most comfortable stay as well. Bed was perfect and the tv was a big screen. As a Sports Agent I love seeing my games on the big screen. Cant wait to visit this town again. Upset I have to leave so soon.

The entire experience was amazing! The staff was incomparable to ant hotel I have stayed at in the past. I felt taken care of the entire stay. I especially appreciate the help from Lynn at the Concierge desk and a special thank you to Jayda at the desk for so much help. I will return! Thank you!

Few days in Nashville on a road trip
·Nice little hotel, about a 20 min walk from Nashville's busy area, there are a few homeless on the walk down but did not feel unsafe, the hotel has a nice country theme to it, has cool fittings in the room and nice artwork, the view from our room was not great but cannot speak for the other rooms, the bar is pleasant with friendly staff and the restaurant also ok Disliked · Car Park is not easy to get into , you have to start using your phone to get in and it did not work for us first time as we had English phone numbers, also I would recommend using the valet as for only 5 extra dollars it eliminates all that hassle, the self parking is the. most expensive I have come across throughout the States trip so this whole process could be organised better for sure

Very unexpected check out fee !!!
Our hotel was booked through a travel agent who recommended the Hutton hotel Nashville , very nice hotel but amenities ie coffee tea milk in our room were not replenished , and the room was only cleaned once during our stay. We were given no information on what was available in the hotel for us to use On checkout we were then charged £98 dollars Desitnation amenity fee and told this was for Wi-Fi etc , this was meant to be complimentary to our room and we never used any other facilities in the hotel , we have NEVER ever been charged this exstausionate price before and going forward with our holiday to Memphis and New Orleans each hotel didn’t have these hidden charges , please be aware , we would be reluctant to stay there again unfortunately.
