Good stay
Got there and Valet was quick to help us out. Check in was good and the rooms wete super nice. Loved the stay, comfy beds. Had to figure out the shower, haha! Valet guy, Kubi was great, had our vehicle back in no time. Really easy check out process.

Amazing Time in Nashville
The hotel is very elegant. Beautiful lobby and spacious bar area. Service is top notch. The rooms are very nice with a great view of the City. The bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. Great location as well. Walking distance to Broadway and other landmarks. Loved our stay.

Every everyone was friendly, helpful the supervisor at Valet named Kubi was excellent along with his team. Room service was great hotel room was good. Carpet was a little bit musty. Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would stay there again.

The valet supervisor - Kubi - was awesome and super helpful with getting my bags in the car etc. Great service overall at this hotel from the front desk to the wind down service in the evenings to keep the room comfortable, clean and cozy. I had a great experience!

A good, quick trip to Burboun Steak
Ty Evans (valet area) went out of his way to help me out; despite not being a hotel guest or parking my car on site. I hope a manager sees this and thanks him again! For context- my mom was trying to find her uber driver after leaving her phone in his car. Ty was fantastic and didn’t accept a tip- good guy
